研究者曾經執行過兩年多的青少女未婚懷孕處與服務方案,在這段時間當中面臨信仰價值與處遇決策的兩難,也因為這樣的經驗,開啟本研究產生。研究者期待透過研究釐清與瞭解同樣在基督教背景從事相似業務工作的基督徒社工員是否也有一樣的處境,以及機構如何放置信仰與專業間的關係,整理出機構如何展現社會工作專業。 研究者訪談了九位現職或曾任基督教背景機構所執行的青少女未婚懷孕服務方案基督徒社工員。訪談結果發現社工不但在處遇中面臨信仰價值與處遇決策的衝擊,同時也經驗到機構對於信仰與專業是無法完全整合在政策與處遇決策當中,因為擔心信仰價值表現過於明顯,會影響社會大眾對於社工專業的信賴感。另外,溝通不良也是重要的議題,社工與青少女間有代溝,機構內的員工也產生代溝問題。 研究者在討論與反思當中,提出了六個對於專業包容度及視野開展度的議題討論,並檢視社會工作教育、相關理論與倫理守則背景是否合適於本土經驗,在這些討論當中點出社工與機構是否有足夠包容的態度與多元的視角進入青少女的生活脈絡當中,機構是否意會到信仰價值已經只是口號,而非行動。

Researcher interviewed nine current or former Christian background institutions unmarried pregnant girls performed a Christian social worker services program. Interview results showed that social workers face not only the belief in the value of the treatment and treatment decision of the impact, but also experienced and professional bodies for the faith can not be fully integrated in policy and treatment decision them, for fear of too obvious belief in the value of performance will affect the public trust in the social work profession. In addition, poor communication is also an important issue, social workers have a communication gap between young girls, employees within the organization also have the communication gap. Researcher to discuss and reflect on work out six tolerant vision discussed and to view social work education, the theory and ethics code of background is appropriate in the local experience, among the points in these discussions social workers institutions have sufficient tolerance and diversity perspective into the lives of adolescent girls, context, whether the sense to the beliefs and values have been just a slogan, not a action.
