探討數據分析工作之技能需求–透過求職平台的內容分析

近幾年科技的進步，大數據這項技術推廣到各個產業中，數據分析師這項職業的需求量增加，但對於公司來說他們很難找到該人才，以現在數據分析師的相關技能在大學時期的課程相當少，所以本研究要建立一個數據分析師能力架構圖，以利大學教授參考讓他們建立相關課程以訓練相關人才。透過過去的研究，本研究建立了六大能力：資料管理能力、解決問題能力、數據分析能力、專業知識相關能力、溝通表達能力、電腦技術相關能力。本研究透過104求職平台搜尋「數據分析、資料分析」，從中取500筆資料進行內容分析，得到了38個數據分析師所需要的技能，透過問卷發給2個數據分析相關的教授以及2個數據分析相關的業師，根據四位專家的意見，本研究最終將38個技能歸類在六大能力，分別為資料管理能力、解決問題能力、數據分析能力、專業知識相關能力、溝通表達能力、電腦技術相關能力。再透過日本的Rikunabi求職平台搜尋「データ分析」，從中取100筆資料進行內容分析，並且將分析的內容與台灣的分析內容進行比較。透過這些內容分析得到台灣對於數據分析師的技能需求前三名是Python、SQL、溝通表達能力。日本隊於數據分析師的技能需求前三名是溝通表達能力、解決問題、團隊合作。台灣注重的能力屬於硬實力，日本注重的能力屬於軟實力。

With the advancement of technology in recent years, the technology of big data has spread to various industries and the demand for the profession of data analysts has increased, but it is difficult for companies to find such talents. Through past research, six major competencies have been established: data management, problem solving, data analysis, professional knowledge, communication and presentation, and computer technology. The study searched for "data analysis, data analysis" through 104 job search platform, and took 500 pieces of data for content analysis to obtain 38 skills required by data analysts. The 38 skills were categorized into six major competencies: data management skills, problem solving skills, data analysis skills, professional knowledge related skills, communication and presentation skills, and computer technology related skills. Then, we searched for "data analysis" through the Japanese Rikunabi job search platform, and took 100 pieces of data for content analysis, and compared the contents of the analysis with those of Taiwan. Through this content analysis, we found that the top three skills in demand for data analysts in Taiwan are Python, SQL, and communication skills. In Japan, the top three skills for data analysts are communication and presentation skills, problem solving, and teamwork. Taiwan focuses on the ability of hard strength, and Japan focuses on the ability of soft strength.
