數位時代編輯人才需求現況與能力需求之初探

A General Understanding of Editor of the Market Demand Present Situation and Requirement for Abilities in Digital Times

摘要

本研究試圖在經濟不景氣的狀況下，提供現任編輯了解目前企業求才的資訊，進一步加強所需的專業技能，並為有志進入編輯這一行的人，初探編輯需求現況和能力需求。文中對編輯做簡單的概述，企圖了解編輯的基本定義、工作類型所帶來的技能需求和適合的人格特質。本研究採用便利取樣的方式，進行為期36天廠商徵才資料收集，做為研究樣本來源，並藉由「內容分析法」，將蒐集來的資料透過敘述統計做分析整理。研究結果發現編輯人才以文編為主要需求；在樣本的基本特性上，以上班族和有工作經驗者為佳，並依據職務上的需要來訂定科系限制者較多，語文條件要求以英文中等最為普遍，電腦專長方面包括套裝軟體(MS-office)、排版、繪圖和網頁製作軟體的應用，打字速度集中在中打和英打20-50字範圍內；在人格特質方面，文編主要以外向性和謹慎負責性為主要人格特質需求，情緒穩定性為次要需求，而美編則為開放經驗性為主要人格特質需求，其他人格特質為輔。

This research tries looking for real information, in order to strengthen the professional technical abilities for people having ambition in to edit or incumbent editors under the condition of economic recession.
Try to simple understand editor technical abilities by the basic definition, work type of attempt and fit of personality characteristic in the text.
This research makes sampling convenience by the period for 36 days. Collecting the manufacturer's data and studying by ”content analysis method”.
The result person main need is the text. On the basic characteristic of sample, it is good for office worker and has working experience, and the department restriction according to the demand of duty. Language requests in English universal, the computer's specialty includes the application that the software package (MS-office), formatting, painting and web page manufacture software and types speed concentration in Chinese and English typing 20-50 word scopes. At the personality characteristic, text editor is extraversion and conscientiousness personality characteristic. Art editor is openness, other personality characteristics for assist.
