與神同行－融入基督教靈性諮商專業實踐之自我敘說

二十世紀後期迄今，人類追求身心靈三者整合，宗教與靈性重新被重視與肯定，靈性在助人專業中展現療癒的力量，對心理健康的恢復與維持更具有許多重要影響，本篇研究採取敘說探究的自我敘說研究法，研究者即為被研究者，敘說研究者認識與接受基督教信仰後，經歷與神同在的超自然經驗與生命的轉化，開始連結基督教信仰的靈性觀，融入在弱勢家庭照顧者、物質濫用者、教會轉介個案等的諮商助人專業的實踐，以詮釋現象學的觀點，梳理在初實踐故事中看見基督教靈性觀運用在個案的療癒、促使諮商關係、諮商風格的轉變，經反思重構再實踐，探究基督教靈性諮商運用方式的擴展、靈性流動成長的意義價值。本篇研究結果歸納以下三項：(一) 運用基督教信仰的「原罪」、「信望愛」、「靈命重生」、「饒恕」、「倚靠神」、「團契生活」等的靈性觀，透過R（relationship)關係建立、E（evaluation)評估、P（plan)計畫、E（enhance)增強信仰、N（new life)尋找新生命、T（termination)結束等五個階段（REPENT)的諮商循環歷程，能開啟個案靈性，得到身心靈的療癒。(二) 融入基督教靈性諮商的諮商關係擴展為神-個案-諮商師的三角同盟新關係，諮商風格轉為真實接納個案的涵容與倚靠神帶領的謙卑敬畏。(三) 融入基督教靈性諮商中的靈性流動可提升諮商師靈性生命的成長與成熟。

Spirituality has shown healing power in helping people, and has had many important impacts on the recovery and maintenance of mental health. The self-narrative research method of narrative inquiry is adopted, and the researcher is the researchee. After the narrative researcher recognizes and accepts the Christian faith, he experiences the supernatural experience of being with God and the transformation of life, and begins to connect with the spiritual outlook of the Christian faith and integrate into the Christian faith. Professional practice of counseling and helping others for caregivers of vulnerable families, substance abusers, and cases referred by the church, etc., to interpret the phenomenological point of view, and to sort out the application of Christian spirituality in the healing of cases and promote the counseling relationship in the stories of initial practice. , The change of counseling style, through reflection, reconstruction and practice, to explore the expansion of Christian spiritual counseling and the significance and value of spiritual flow and growth. The findings of this study can be summarized in the following three items: (1) using the Christian beliefs of "original sin", "faith, hope and love", "spiritual regeneration", "forgiveness", "Reliance on God", "fellowship life" and other spiritual concepts, through R (relationship) relationship establishment, E (evaluation) evaluation, P (plan) plan, E (enhance) to enhance faith, N (new life) to find new The five-stage (REPENT) consultation cycle process of life and the end of T (termination) can open up the spirituality of the case and get the healing of body and soul.
