高中優質化輔助方案增能機制與指標成效之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中優質化輔助方案增能機制與增能成效之間的關係。研究方法採問卷調查法,以自編問卷「高中優質化輔助方案增能機制與指標成效調查問卷」,分層隨機抽樣調查100學年度參與高中優質化輔助方案之學校教師。寄發66所樣本學校之教師進行調查,總計發出問卷913份,回收有效問卷626份,回收可用率為68.6%。將資料以平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、同時多元迴歸等方法進行統計分析。根據分析結果,歸納本研究結論為: 一、高中優質化輔助方案增能機制之意見情況良好,以「自主管理」最高,「專家諮輔」偏低。 二、高中優質化輔助方案增能機制能縮小「學校屬性」、「學校所在地」的差距。 三、高中優質化輔助方案指標成效教師自評成效良好,以「教學領導」最高、「社群互動」最低。 四、「不同職務」與「學校規模」會影響高中優質化輔助方案指標成效。 五、高中優質化輔助方案增能機制與增能成效呈現中度以上正相關。 六、高中優質化輔助方案增能機制與高中優質化輔助方案指標成效高相關之層面,整體解釋量最少為51%以上。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育行政單位、高中優質化輔助方案參與學校、未來相關研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the Empowerment Mechanism and Indicator Effect of School Actualization Program. The researcher used questionnaire survey method in this study and developed a SAP questionnaire entitled “The Survey of the SAP Empowerment Mechanism and Indicator Effect self-assessment” as the research tool.The survey sample were selected from the SAP schools. Total 913 copies of questionnaire were sent to 66 sample schools and 626 returned copies, the rate were 68.8%, were effective. The data were analyzed with the methods of Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, Simultaneous Regression Analysis. The results were shown as followings: 1.The survey of School Actualization Program Empowerment Mechanism was with high validity and reliablity. Among the Empowerment Mechanism,”Self-management” was with the highest score and “Expert advice” was with the lowest score. 2.School Actualization Program was able to narrow down the gap between SAP and eilte senior high schools in “school attribute” and “school location”. 3.Teachers self-assessment about the Indicator Effect of School Actualization Program was well, among these Indicator Effect options, “instructional leadership” received the highest score and”Community interaction” received the lowest. 4.Among background variables, both “Various positions” and “School size” showed the influence on the Indicator Effect of School Actualization Program. 5.The relationship between Empowerment Mechanism and Indicator Effect of School Actualization Program was positive and over middle degree. 6.The options of the Indicator Effect were high related with Empowerment Mechanism and could be predicted almost over 51%. At last, the research provided suggestions for the education administrative authorities, School Actualization Program’s members and future researches.
