探討辦公室設備產業的創新商業模式-以A 公司為例

隨著全球產業資訊化的蓬勃發展，電子與資訊產品帶給了人們更快速便捷的生活。而在這個資訊的時代中，事務設備的使用操作已成為企業或公家機關或組織，辦公室不可或缺的工具，也因此如複印機、印表機等OA(Office Automation)辦公設備的銷售與服務也成為一項重要的產業。商業模式（Business Model）在管理學界正在成為一個分析的主體，提供一個從系統層面、全面性的觀點來看企業發展。商業模式之創新，逐漸被認為與技術創新、產品創新等創新型態一樣有價值，企業不僅需要新技術、新創意，也需要在商業模式上有創新的能力。隨者產業的發展，辦公室設備產業的商業模式也逐漸面臨創新的壓力。本研究以OA 辦公設備銷售 & 租賃產業為主體，選擇一家在商業模式上創新成功的案例進行分析，透過文獻探討、個案分析法，比較其商業模式架構從傳統模式轉化到創新模式的差異。研究結果顯示個案公司在獲取價值之構面上，加入「互利」之元素。藉由互利構面之加入，提供企業及公家機關或組織，結合費用支出公式、成本結構，架構出更適合應用之商業模式。互利活動在商業模式當中，扮演了「前瞻性」、「協同性」與「回饋性」三種角色。

With the vigorous development of information technology in the global industries, electronics and information products have brought people a faster and more convenient life. In this era of information, business equipment has become an indispensable tool for enterprises and organizations. Subsequently, OA office equipment becomes an important industry sector. Business model is an important subject in the management academia, providing a system-wide and comprehensive view of enterprise development. The innovation of business models is gradually regarded as valuable as innovations such as technological innovation and product innovation. Enterprises need not only new technologies and new ideas, but also the ability to innovate in business models. This study takes the OA office equipment sales & leasing industry as a target. Using a case study on a company which has successfully reinvent its business model to achieve a win-win situation for the customer and itself. The results indicated that the company’s model added elements of "mutual benefit" to the structure of acquiring value. With the addition of a mutually beneficial facet, companies and public agencies or organizations are provided, combining the expense formula and cost structure to construct a more suitable business model. Mutually beneficial activities play three roles: "forward-looking", "synergy" and "feedback" in the business model.
