南投縣社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願之研究

A Study on the Relationship among the Learning Style, Social Support, and Continuous Learning Intention of Female Students at Community Colleges in Nantou County.

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願關係之研究,主要的研究目的有四:(一)暸解南投縣社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願的情況;(二)探討不同背景變項的南投縣社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願之關聯與差異情形;(三)分析南投縣社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願三者間的關係;(四) 暸解南投縣社區大學的婦女學員社會支持對繼續學習意願之預測情形。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法以進行研究,以南投縣社區大學埔里分校以98學年度(2009年2月)第二學期實際參與上課之婦女學員為研究對象,並將文獻資料加以整理,經由文獻資料、相關實證研究及參考國內外量表,編製出相關的問卷;正式問卷調查共發出300份問卷,回收有效問卷242份,回收可用率為81%。 本研究參酌相關文獻與問卷後,以改編之「社區大學的婦女學員學習型態、社會支持與繼續學習意願關係之調查問卷」作為研究調查工具,並將資料進行信度分析、描述性統計分析、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關與多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理。資料分析結果歸納出下列研究結論: 一、南投縣社區大學的婦女學員其學習型態中,以「同化者」的人數為最多。 二、南投縣社區大學的婦女學員社會支持具有中上程度,尤其「老師的支持」構 面最高。 三、南投縣社區大學的婦女學繼續學習意願具有中上程度,尤其「充實知能」構面最高。 四、南投縣社區大學的婦女學員在社會支持程度上會因為教育程度的不同而有顯著差異。 五、南投縣社區大學的婦女學員在繼續學習意願會因為參與課程、職業的不同而有顯著差異。 六、社會支持對於繼續學習意願具有正相關,社會支持愈高,繼續學習意願則愈高,反之則愈低,其中以「朋友的支持」分構面最具預測力。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among the learning style, social support, and continuous learning intention of female students at community colleges in Nantou County. There were four fold: (1) Understand the conditions of the learning style, social support, and continuous learning intention of female students at community colleges in Nantou County. (2) Investigate the relationship and difference of the variables for the learning style, social support, and continuous learning intention of female students at community colleges in Nantou County. (3) Analyze the coorrelations of the learning style, social support, and continuous learning intention of female woman students at community colleges in Nantou County. (4) Comprehend the prediction circumstance about social support on continuous learning intention of female woman students at community colleges in Nantou County . This study was adopted questionnaire survey and the research subject as female students at Puli community branch colleges in Nantou County joined at the second semester in the 2009 school year. Literature datum were sorted into related questionnaire according to related research and similar scales. The official questionnaire survey altogether sent out 300 questionnaires. There were totally 242 valid questionnaires, and the rate is 81%. After this research referred to the related literature and the questionnaire, reorganizing the questionnaire “the survey questionnaire of the relationship among the learning style, social support, and continuous learning intention of female woman students at community colleges” as research investigation tool, and the material were proceeded by the reliability analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the chi-square test, the one-way ANOVA analysis, the Pearson product correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The resulting analyses draw the following research conclusions: 1. Among the learning styles of female woman students at community colleges in Nantou County, and the most particpants were “assimilator”. 2. Among the social support of female woman students having upper degree at community colleges in Nantou County, especially the highest dimension was “teacher’s support “. 3. Among the continuous learning intention of female woman students having upper degree at community colleges in Nantou County, and the highest dimension was “ enrichment knowledge“. 4. The education degree differed significantly among social support of female woman students at community colleges in Nantou County. 5. The curriculum participation and occupation differed significantly among the continuous learning intention of female woman students at community colleges in Nantou County. 6. The society support regarding the continuous learning intention had positive correlation. The higher the society support was, the higher the continuous learning intention was, otherwise is lower. Among them, the dimension, “friend’s support”, was the most predictive variable.
