南投縣國小導師工作壓力與因應策略之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國小導師工作壓力與因應策略之現況與關係,以及不同背景變項的南投縣國小導師工作壓力與因應策略的差異情形。本研究使用問卷調查法,採取分層叢集抽樣方式,選取南投縣358位國小導師為正式施測對象,共發放問卷358份,回收問卷345份,回收率為96.4%,其中有效問卷共334份,有效問卷率為93.3%。將所得資料使用描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與簡單線性迴歸分析。 彙整統計分析結果後,所得到的結論如下: 一、南投縣國小導師感受之工作壓力為中間偏上。在工作壓力各層面,以工作負荷與學生行為壓力感受最高。 二、南投縣國小導師使用因應策略頻率為中間偏上。在因應策略各層面,以問題解決使用頻率最高。 三、不同兼任職務的南投縣國小導師在工作壓力有顯著差異,導師兼任行政壓力感受高於導師,導師兼任無給職行政感受高於導師。 四、不同年齡的南投縣國小導師在因應策略有顯著差異,31歲至40歲導師使用頻率高於41至50歲導師。 五、整體工作壓力與整體因應策略間呈現低度正相關。 六、工作負荷對整體因應策略具有部分預測力。 本研究之結果可提供給國小教育相關工作者及未來研究提供參考。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the ralationship between working stresses and Coping Strategies for Homeroom Teacher in Elementary School of Nantou County. Furthermore, the study aims to understand the differences between working stresses and Coping Strategies of those homeroom teacher with different background variables. This study used questionnaire survey method, adopts the stratified cluster sampling, and selects 358 elementary school homeroom teachers in Nantou County as the formal test subjects. A total of 358 questionnaires were issued and 345 questionnaires were retumed. The return rate was 96.4%.After sorting out the invalid questionnaires,334 usable questionnaires were collected,yielding a usability rate of 93.3%. Data were collected analyzed by statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and simple regression analysis. After summarized the statistical analysis results, the conclusions are as follows: 1、Working stress of elementary school homeroom teachers in Nantou County loccated between medium and high level. Workplace and student behavior are high level. 2、Coping strategies of the elementary school homeroom teachers in Nantou County located between middle and high level. Problem solving is high level. 3、There are significant differences in the work pressure of homeroom teachers in different position. Homeroom teacher who hold a concurrent post feel higher pressure than who not hold, and who hold a concurrent post unpaid feel higher pressure than who not hold. 4、There are significant differences in coping strategies among homeroom teacher of different ages in Nantou County elementary schools.The frequency of using coping strategies about homeroom teaccher who aged 31 to 40 were more than that aged 41 to 50. 5、There is a low positive correlation between overall work stress and coping strategies. 6、Workpalce has partial predictive power for overall coping strategies. The results of this study can be provided as a reference for elementary school education workers and future research.
