團體敘事對外籍配偶適應經驗之探討─戲劇介入的體驗發現

本研究旨在了解成員們在戲劇團體中所呈現的適應困境主題、理解成員們在自傳劇的體驗、與了解成員們如何理解與因應困境。本研究採用團體觀察與焦點團體的方式做蒐集資料，採用「整體─內容」分析法，將敘說分析結果改寫為故事形式，同時將敘說分析結果加以詮釋分析，最後建構出本研究中研究參與者獨特的生命故事及適應經驗的分析。綜合本研究中參與團體成員的適應經驗，研究者發現成員在戲劇團體中所呈現的適應困境主題：獨立性格被壓抑的不適應、家庭中角色負荷的沉重、永遠是有責任與義務的外人、媒體新聞與政策立法的壓迫、對弱勢族群的資源排除；在成員們對自傳劇的體驗中，發現戲劇開啟新移民姊妹們敘說的空間、凝聚共同經驗、呈現獨特的生活樣貌、在真的故事中促進善的理解，達到美的感通；在了解成員們如何理解與因應困境，發現面對適應困境的因應方式、個人努力的因應但家庭與社會的接納有限與願意「為他人」的態度與精神。根據以上結論與發現，本研究針對外籍配偶方面、家庭與社會方面、諮商專業的多元文化教育、戲劇團體操作方面及給未來研究者的建議。

The purpose of this study is to understand the topics of adaption plights the members presented in dramatic group, understanding the members experienced in the autobiographical drama, and comprehending the members how to understand and coping difficulties. The research used the Observation and focus groups to collect information. Apply "Overall-content analysis and use narrative analysis results to rewrite the form of the story. The interpretation and analysis narrative results construct the study participants in this study unique life story and to adapt to the experience analysis. To sum up the adaption experience of the members involved in the study, the Researcher found that the topics of adaption plights the members presented in dramatic group: the maladjustment of the Independent characters are depressed, the Heavy load of family roles, Always are outsiders have responsibilities and obligations, Oppression of the media news and policy legislation, exclude the resources of disadvantaged groups. In the experience of the members autobiographical drama, found dramatic open the new immigrant sisters narrative space, cohesion common experiences, presents a unique life appearances, in real stories promote well-intentioned, and beauty-feelings. For comprehending the members how to understand and coping difficulties, found the face of coping strategies to adapt, individual effort to response but less the family and community acceptance, and have the willing attitudes and spirits for others. According to the above conclusion and found, this study give some suggestion for foreign spouses, family and society, multicultural education of Consultative professional, the operation of the dramatic groups, and future researchers.
