國民中學校長正義領導指標建構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民中學校長正義領導指標,並藉由德懷術問卷調查與層級分析法(Analytic Hierachy Process, AHP)瞭解其相關指標間的權重分配,進而瞭解各指標間的相對重要性,以建構國民中學校長正義領導指標,作為國民中學校長正義領導的主要參考依據。 本研究先以文獻分析法就社會正義、校長領導行為、正義領導等相關研究探討,建構出校長正義領導之指標。初擬國民中學校長正義領導指標項目,再邀請15位國中校長與該領域專長之專家學者組成德懷術專家學者團,進而藉由修正式德懷術進行問卷調查。分析各指標項目之適用性與重要性,並進行專家學者意見一致性分析。最後,利用層級分析法(AHP)對研究之指標項目進行權重比率分析,進而發展合宜之指標項目。 研究結果建構出國民中學校長正義領導指標項目分別為「行政面」、「教學面」、「環境面」、「道德面」與「倫理面」。全部的第一層級指標項目中,以「行政面」的權重分配最高,「教學面」次之。這五項第一層級指標項目下共選出30項指標細目。此外,根據本研究之結果,對教育行政主管單位與國民中學校長及後續研究提出建議。

This study explores the indicators of social justice leadership for principals of junior high schools.The indicators were constructed by Delphi questionnaire and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine their relative importance. In this study, the related studies of social justice, principalship, and justice leadership have been reviewed. By the way of the knowledge of the literature, the primary indicators of social justice leadership were constructed. Fifteen participatants including junior high school principals, experts, and scholars were selected to answer the Delphi questionnaire to construct the indicator system. Through the questionnaire survey and the Modified Delphi Technique, this study analyzed the importance of each selected indicators which perceived by the participants.The AHP was applied to proceed the appropriate weights of indicators on the scale. The result reveals the suggested social justice indicator system for junior high school principals’ including administrative, teaching, environmental, moral and ethical. According the result, the relative importance of indicators is the administrative domin and then the teaching domain. Following these domain of indicators, there are 30 valuable subindicators in the system were selected in this study. These selected indicators for social justice leadership will provide school leaders to review what they need concerns in schools.
