脈波型自動穩定光功率和波長雙模式控制雷射二極體之研究

摘要


本論文係利用脈波驅動紅光20mW 雷射二極體,Laser Diode 其體積小易於驅動發光,但Laser Diode 缺點是在發光時容易受溫度影響,吾人利用脈波寬度調變技巧設計一自動定光功率回授控制電路驅動LD,且利用發光二極體隨溫度上升,順向偏壓下降之特性,檢知溫度變化。運用脈波寬度調變補償發光二極體隨溫度上升(-10~55℃)而改變之光功率,達成自動定光功率目的利用Photo diode自動光功率控制可以有效控制光功率4% 以內。同樣利用利用脈波寬度調變技巧設計一Laser Diode自動光波長回授控制電路,並利用Photo diode檢測光電流特性,補償發光二極體隨溫度上升而改變之光波長,使其波長能穩定在1%以內。 分析自動定光功率回授控制下雷射二極體的發光特性;包括光功率、波長、脈波寬度、光電流之影響,在本文分析下,於溫度改變情況下,自動定光功率回授控制除了可以有效穩定光功率外,脈波控制對於零件壽命也有一定的延長。而有效的控制波長對農業的植物生長、醫療、美容在舞台效果由於波長穩定對CRI也有相當的幫助。

In this thesis, the design of pulse driving circuit to emit 10mW Laser Diode. Laser Diode has the advantages of small in size and easy to drive, however, when the Laser Diode is illuminated its performance is easily effected by temperature. This thesis-Pulse Width Modulation Techniques Design of a Fixed Optical Power LD Automatic Feedback Control Circuit, which uses the characteristic of light-emitting diodes which forward voltage drop with increasing temperature to achieve temperature detection. The modification of pulse width modulation is able to automatically compensate optical power of emitting diode with Photo diode. As the temperature raises, the purpose of creating fixed optical power control can be effectively controlled within 4%. Additionally, additional advantage of the use pulse width modulation techniques is to design an LASER Diode automatic optical wavelength feedback control circuit, which uses Photo diode to detect photocurrent and further compensate the change in the wavelength of light emitting diode as the temperature raises, this design allows the wavelength to be stabilized within 3%. Moreover, By analyzing the laser diode emission characteristics under automatic fixed optical power feedback control: including optical power, wavelength, pulse width, photocurrent effect; this thesis analyzes automatic optical power feedback control not only effectively stabilized optical power under temperature changed circumstances , but also effectively extend the usage lifetime of parts. Furthermore, effectively control of the wavelength have considerable help in agricultural plant growth, health, beauty, and others field of study
