培養下一世代青年人才之願景與成效:以W環保服務公司實踐企業社會責任為例

摘要


企業社會責任是基於「取之於社會、用之於社會」的理念。永續經營的企業,其存在的目的除了謀求企業持續成長之外,更需要回饋社會,並將回饋社會的精神,內化至企業之中。因此,本研究利用個案訪談法,以四階層評估模式與青年人才六項關鍵能力為架構,藉由深度訪談方式,從不同角度與層面,對個案公司落實企業社會責任的願景、實踐與成效,進行仔細觀察與紀錄,由此評估個案公司實踐企業社會責任帶的培養下一代青年人才效益,並成為未來持續落實企業社會責任實踐的參考。實證結果發現:本研究對企業社會責任實踐與績效,提供了一個完整且可行的評估模式;研究結果有助於個案公司持續精進企業社會責任的實踐並拋磚引玉當領頭羊,鼓舞更多企業參與。

Corporate social responsibility is based on the concept of “taking it from society and using it in society”. For the sustainable business, the purpose of its existence is not only to seek sustainable growth of the company, but also to give back to the society and internalize the spirit of giving back to the society. Therefore, this study uses the case interview method based on the frame work of the four-level assessment model and the six key competencies of young talents through in-depth interviews, from different perspectives and levels to review and record the achievement on the company's vision, practice and success after implemented the corporate social responsibility. The empirical results show that this study provides a complete and feasible evaluation model for corporate social responsibility practice and performance; the research results will help the case company continue to improve the practice of corporate social responsibility and lead the way to encourage more companies to participate in.
