This study aims to discuss the past, present and future of top Chinese cuisine, and takes Taipei Chez Yeh Restaurant as an example to illustrate how a top Chinese restaurant with characteristics can drive the future development of traditional Chinese cuisine, generate positive benefits and respond to corporate social responsibility. Given the current trend of Western cuisine becoming popular, how to find a new position for traditional Chinese cuisine to pave a long-term development path for top Chinese cuisine is the original intention and ultimate goal of this study.
