大學生依附風格及其知覺的社會支持對生活適應之影響研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生依附風格及其知覺的社會支持對生活適應之影響。本研究依據文獻與理論建立研究變項與架構,採立意取樣,以中部某國立大學九十九學年度,日間部一至四年級學士班之學生為研究對象,實得有效樣本1069人。所使用的研究工具包括:「依附風格量表」、「多向度知覺的社會支持量表」與「大學生生活適應量表」。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析等方法,進行各項考驗分析。 本研究結果發現:(1)現今大學生以矛盾依附最多、安全依附次之,逃避依附最少,而其知覺最多的是朋友支持,且其目標適應最佳、情緒適應最差;(2)大學生知覺的社會支持方面:安全依附高於矛盾依附,矛盾依附又高於逃避依附;(3)大學生活適應方面:安全依附優於不安全依附;(4)大學生知覺的社會支持愈多,其生活適應愈佳;(5)大學生「依附風格」及其「知覺的社會支持」能預測「大學生生活適應」。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出具體建議,以供師長及輔導諮商相關工作者參考。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of college students’ attachment styles and perceived social support on life adjustment. There are one thousand and sixty-nine college students participated in this survey. Attachment Styles Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, The Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire were used in this survey. Descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, product-moment correlation of Pearson and stepwise regression were used to analysis the data. The results of the study were as follow: 1. The ambivalent attachment students are most, the secure attachment students are the second, and the avoidant attachment students are the least. The college students perceived friend support are the most. The college students’ target adjustment are the best, and emotional adjustment are the worst. 2. The secure attachment students perceived social support are higher than the ambivalent attachment students, and the ambivalent attachment students perceived social support are higher than the avoidant attachment students. 3. The secure attachment students’ life adjustment are better than the insecure attachment students. 4. The college students perceived social support and their life adjustment are positive correlation. 5. The college students’ attachment styles and perceived social support are more stronger to predict college students’ life adjustment. Finally, according to these findings, some suggestion for college students, teachers and counselors were proposed.
