紡織業創新產品之研發—以智慧型運動內衣為例

摘要


本研究擬探討智慧紡織品多元運用素材與女性內衣產業發展現況,匯集智慧概念衣演繹過程,彙整歸納智慧內衣仍未能真正的普及化相關產品缺口,本研究解構出女性消費者對女性內衣的潛在需求,以「運動內衣」與「機能效能」及「時尚外穿」之造型風格,並設計兼備監測感應電子可穿戴應用的「未來性」。本研究研發設計架構,以人為本之「設計思考」為核心,以多視角「領先使用戶」經驗與視覺概念化,導入「4D雙鑽石模式之服務設計流程」,與女性內衣消費的決策,研發一款具有「運動內衣」與「機能效能」及「時尚外穿」之造型風格的「內衣」,一件以實用性,創新概念結合「時而運動機能、時而日常穿著、時而健康監測」之多功能原型設計。本項創新產品研發結果,已成功研發出一款兼具客製模組化裝配的創新多功能「智慧型運動內衣」,兼預備未來可加乘設計的所有監測功能,都可以鑲嵌在「預置內隱式置入袋」之原型設計的結構上。展望「跨產業技術整合」貢獻於智慧紡織產業與相關智慧科技醫療等,以策略性思維跨領域互合成長,跨界設計本研究創新多功能原型設計典範移轉。

This research explored the diversified use of materials for smart textiles and the current development of the women’s underwear industry. It also consolidated the factors contributing to the popularization of smart underwear and breakdown the potential needs of female consumers. The research breaks down the potential needs of female consumers in lingerie. The focus is on the styles of "sports underwear", "functional performance" and "fashion wear", and the design of the "futuristic" which combines the application of wearable monitoring and sensing electronic devices. The research and development design framework of this study is based on the human-oriented "design thinking" as the core and carried out exploratory and innovative research and development. By using "Lead User" experience and visual conceptualization from multiple perspectives, the research introduced the "4D double diamond mode service design process" and the decision-making of women's underwear consumption. The result of this research is to develop an underwear that has the characteristics of “sports underwear” and “function efficiency”, as “a fashionable outfit”, combining with a multi-functional prototype and the innovative concept of “Exercise, Daily Life, and Health Monitoring”. This research has successfully developed an innovative multi-functional "intelligent sports underwear" with a customizable model and a "preset implicitly pocket" that could embed all the future monitoring functions. The research excepts to have "cross-industry technology integration" contributed to the smart textile industry and related smart science and technology medical, with strategic thinking cross-cutting growth, cross-border design of this research innovative multi-functional prototype model transfer.
