生活壓力、不良功能態度對青少女憂鬱情緒的影響： 以台中縣某公立高職女生為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討生活壓力、不良功能態度對青少女憂鬱情緒的影響。本研究係以
「高職學生生活狀況調查表」為研究工具，以台中縣某公立高職日間部女學生為研究
對象，共得有效樣本1097 份。主要研究發現如下：
一、高職女生年級增加，憂鬱情緒程度愈嚴重
二、高職女生的生活壓力與不良功能態度都會影響憂鬱情緒，生活壓力的影響力大於
不良功能態度
三、家庭狀況對高職女生家庭壓力會有影響，但對高職女生的憂鬱情緒無影響
四、高職女生的自我概念與憂鬱情緒有很大的關聯
五、高職女生各年級普遍對自己的外表、身材大都很在意，但不會影響情緒好壞
六、高職女生年級增加，對於教育環境的痛苦感愈深而影響憂鬱情緒
七、家庭經濟困難對高職女生是莫大的壓力，年級愈高，壓力愈大
八、高職女生會以藥物濫用作為紓發憂鬱情緒的手段
本研究並根據研究之結果，提出具體建議，以供教育相關單位與未來研究參考。

This research aims at probing into the impact of life stress, dysfunctional attitude on
the depressive mood of adolescent girls. This research regards the life state questionnaire
of vocational senior high school students as the studying tool and the female students in the
daytime of a public vocational senior high school at Taichung county as the studying object.
There are 1097 samples effectively altogether. The main discoveries are as follows:
1. The grade of vocational senior high school female students increases, the more serious
the degree of the depressive mood is.
2. The Life stress and dysfunctional attitude of vocational senior high school female
students all influence the depressive mood, the influence power of life stress is greater
than that of dysfunctional attitude.
3. The family state influences the family pressure of vocational senior high school female
students, but does not influence the depressive mood of vocational senior high school
female students.
4. The self-concept of vocational senior high school female students has a great
relationship with their depressive mood.
5. Every grade vocational senior high school female student generally takes notice of her
own appearance and stature that does not affect the depressive mood.
6. The grade of vocational senior high school female students increases, the deeper the
painful sense to educational environment is and affects the depressive mood.
7. The bad family's financial affairs is the greatest pressure of vocational senior high school
female students, and the grade increases, the more the pressure is.
8. Vocational senior high school female students use drug-abuse as the means of releasing
the depressive mood.
According to the results studied, this research proposes concrete suggestions for
education relevant units and future studies to consult.
