南投縣國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力之關係。本研究係採問卷調查法與訪談法,以自編之「南投縣國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力調查問卷」為研究工具,針對南投縣之99所公立國民小學的主任、組長和教師進行問卷調查,問卷有效回收619份。另外抽取六位教師,進行訪談。並就回收資料進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方法,以驗證相關之研究假設。 本研究之主要結論如下: 一、 南投縣國民小學校長的領導行為呈現中高程度。 二、 南投縣國民小學之學校組織執行力呈現中低程度。 三、 南投縣國民小學教師知覺校長領導行為因服務年資及學校規模大小不同而有顯著差異。 四、 南投縣國民小學教師知覺學校組織執行力因性別、年齡、服務年資不同而有顯著差異。 五、 南投縣國民小學校長領導行為與學校組織執行力具有顯著相關。 最後根據研究結果,提出具體建議,以供主管教育行政機關、國民小學校長、與對未來研究之參考。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between principals’ leadership behavior and school organization execution for elementary schools in Nantou County. The study made use of a self-compiled questionnaire survey named ”The questionnaire of principals’ leadership behavior and school organization execution for elementary schools in Nantou County”. This questionnaire was designed to aim at the teacher of 99 public elementary schools in Nantou County. Based on the 619 effective questionnaires returned. 6 teachers were selected for further interviews. The data of questionnaire have been proceeded for statistical analysis with descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and reliability analysis. The main conclusions list as following: 1. The degree of the principals’ leadership behavior by elementary school teachers in Nantou County were at upper middle levels. 2. The degree of the school organization execution by elementary school teachers in Nantou County were at middle -low levels. 3. The elementary school teachers in Nantou County showed significant difference in the principals’ leadership behavior, because the different serving years, and scale of the school. 4. The elementary school teachers in Nantou County showed significant difference in the school organization execution, because the different genders, ages, and serving years. 5. The principals’ leadership behavior was related to the school organization execution obviously. Based on the study results, some suggestions were proposed for the reference of educational administration authorities, principals of elementary schools, and for the further advanced studies.
