In order to attract foreign investment, the Vietnamese government has established a special economic zone to increase the willingness of more transnational capital to invest in the special economic zone. The focus of this article is on the analysis of the Taiwan-funded company in the Yong An Special Economic Zone, the Taiwan-funded company between local government, residents, and Vietnamese employees through the research conducted by Taiwan F Corporation in Yong An Special Economic Zone vietnam. To further understand what kind of investment concessions can be enjoyed for investment in this special economic zone, what choices will this place make in order to be different from other special economic zones for investment, and what kind of impact on local communities and people will be, as well as localized interactions? Why wait for the question. The paper points out the problems that Taiwanese businessmen have invested in Vietnam due to differences with the local society and culture, and presents the confrontation between transnational capital and local society.
