本研究以中部四縣市國民小學教師為研究對象,除瞭解品德教育促進方案實施現況之外,並提出結論與建議,以供未來推動品德教育之參考。本研究之目的如下: 一、瞭解中部四縣市國民小學現階段品德教育實施的現況。 二、探討中部四縣市國民小學品德教育實施的困境。 三、分析不同背景變項國民小學教師對品德教育實施看法的差異情形。 四、根據研究結果,提出可供持續推展品德教育政策或方案參考之建議。 為達成前述之研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法進行。最後,並運用SPSS 12.0版套裝軟體進行描述統計、變異數分析、t考驗、相關分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究共寄發出1058份問卷,總計回收有效問卷676份,回收率為63%。研究結果顯示如下: 一、國小教師背景變項中,會因身分別、性別、年齡、服務年資、教育背景、學校區域等不同,對品德教育方案內涵認知及活動參與認知上會有顯著的差異。 二、國小教師背景變項中,會因身分別、服務年資、學校規模等不同,對品德教育方案實施歷程困境及品德教育方案輸出的看法上會有顯著的差異。 三、國小教師對品德教育方案內涵認知、品德教育方案活動參與認知、品德教育方案實施歷程困境看法與品德教育方案輸出看法層面,均達顯著正相關。 最後,研究提出幾項建議,提供各界做為參考: 一、教育行政主管機關:建立具體品德教育內涵、加強宣導品德教育、成立品德教育資源中心、建立評鑑機制。 二、國民小學教師:加強品德教學能力、善用其他資源、採用多元評量方式。
This research takes the Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County, and Nantou County in midland Taiwan for elementary school teachers as an example to understand the present situation of Character Education Promotion Programs implementation, and to propose conclusions and suggestions for future reference to character education. The objective of this research is as the following: 1. To understand the present implementation and actual conditions of character education in midland Taiwan elementary schools. 2. To discuss the difficulties of character education in the elementary schools of Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County, and Nantou County. 3. To explore the different background variables affecting various kinds of elementary school teachers. 4. According to the results of data analysis, affording some suggestions for educational policy or educational prograam. In order to achieve the research goal, this research uses questionnaires to carry on. Finally, by using SPSS for Window 12.0, the author analyzes the data, such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test. A total of 1058 questionnaires were distributed to the schools and 676 valid questionnaires were collected with a return rate of 63%. The results were as follows: 1. The findings showed the Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County, and Nantou County in midland Taiwan for elementary school teachers vary in background, age, period of service, educational background, and other variables. These factors cause a difference in the perceived cognition and action participate of Character Education Programs. 2. The findings showed the Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County, and Nantou County in midland Taiwan for elementary school teachers vary in background, period of service, and other variables. These factors cause a difference in the implementation difficulties and ouput of Character Education Programs. 3. The relationship between the teacher’s perceved cognition, action participate, implementation difficulties, ouput of character education program course presents an inverse correlation. Finally, the research proposed several suggestions for future reference: 1. Educational administration controlling organization: To establish the concrete character education connotation, the positive effective guidance character education, the character education resources center and the implementation of a character education evaluation system. 2. Elementary school teachers: The enrichment of personal character accomplishment, to be friendly with the social resources, and use multiple modes of assessment.
