液晶顯示器驅動電路之研究

摘要


本論文主要分成三個部分。第一部份,吾人設計一個應用於液晶顯示器的時序控制器。此時序控制器可以接收6位元的串列資料,產生的同步訊號可以使用於XGA 的面板。時序控制器的主要電路為資料接收器和時序產生電路。第二部份,吾人提出一個擁有高驅動力的AB類緩衝放大器,此放大器包含一個高增益輸入級和一個虛擬源極隨耦器。新型的虛擬源極隨耦器,藉由使用兩個相同的差動對,取代傳統使用互補式誤差放大器的方法,改善輸出驅動能力。第三部份,吾人提出一個寬頻工作範圍的除二電路。這個電路可以工作在較大的除頻範圍,且具有低的消耗功率。

This thesis is mainly divided into three parts. In the first part, we design a timing controller applied to the liquid crystal display. The timing controller receives 6-bit series data, brings out synchronous signals which can be used for the panel in the XGA standard. The main circuits of the timing controller are the data receiver and the timing generator. In the second part, a high-driving class-AB buffer amplifier, which consists of a high-gain input stage and a pseudo source follower, is proposed. The new-type pseudo source follower improves the driving capability by using two same types of differential pairs rather than two complementary error amplifiers. In the third part, we have proposed a wide-band divided-by-2 circuit. This circuit has a larger working range, and has lower power consumption.
