合作領導在個案問題處理經驗上之探究─以高中職個案為例

摘要


本研究以學校輔導工作團隊為對象,團隊共同合作領導個案處遇的過程,探討所面臨的問題、促進跨專業合作的策略、對三級個案處遇的助益與推動個案的處遇合作模式等,本研究處遇三級個案為高中職學生,其主訴為性創傷、學業、人際與家庭系統問題等,為詳實瞭解合作過程的真實角色與互動歷程,本研究透過「參與觀察法」蒐集相關資料,並運用「主題分析」進行資料分析,藉由分析團隊合作的歷程與討論,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、合作領導在學校個案處遇過程所面臨的問題:(1)個案方面;(2)學校方面;(3)家庭方面;(4)輔導團隊方面。 二、合作領導在個案處遇跨專業合作運用的策略:(1)資訊交流;(2)形成共識;(3)團隊合作;(4)個案管理;(5)系統介入;(6)專業倫理。 三、合作領導概念對於三級個案問題處理的助益:(1)促進團隊的合作;(2)促進個案的自我成長;(3)改善個案與周遭系統關係。 四、合作領導的個案問題處理模式:(1)形成團隊─邀請成員加入,建立合作領導共識;(2)資訊交流:多元互動建立彙整生態系統資訊的平台;(3)形成共識:掌握個案問題脈絡,形成處遇共識;(4)生態系統合作處遇:團隊分工合作,依循專業倫理維護個案權益與福祉;(5)評估:檢視生態系統改變,評估處遇效益。 本研究依據研究結果進行討論,並提出實務建議,以供未來研究者與實務工作者參考。

The subject of the study was the team of school guidance counselors. This study looks at the problems that occurred during the process of determining the treatment for the client via collaborative leadership. The strategies that promoted Trans-disciplinary cooperation. The benefits that came from the process of using collaborative leadership to determine the treatment for tertiary clients, and the steps followed to implement the collaborative leadership model of client treatment. The tertiary client in this study that was under treatment was a vocational high school student. The chief complaints of the client were related to the following topics: sexual trauma, academic problems, interpersonal relations and family system problems. In order to understand the details of the dynamic process of collaborative leadership and it’s true role, the research data was collected through participant observation and analyzed using Subject analysis. By analyzing the process of teamwork and discussion, the study came to the following conclusions: I.Problems that occurred during the process of determining the treatment for the client via collaborative leadership were from the following aspects: A.The client B.The school C.The family D.The team of school guidance counselors II.The strategies that promoted Trans-disciplinary cooperation in client’s treatment: A.Information exchange B.Consensus forming C.Teamwork D.Case management E.System intervention F.Professional ethics III.The benefits that came from using the concept of collaborative leadership to determine the treatment: A.Teamwork promotion B.Promoting self-growth of the client C.Improving the relationship between the client and the surrounding system IV.The steps followed to implement the collaborative leadership model of client treatment: A.Team forming- invite members to join and build the consensus of collaborative leadership B.Information exchange- multi-interaction, establish a platform for integrating ecosystem data. C.Consensus forming- master the context of the case, and form a consensus. D.Ecosystem collaboration treatment- divide labor and follow the professional ethics to protect client’s rights and welfare. E.Evaluation- inspect the changes of the ecosystem and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment The study has discussed the results of the research, has given practical recommendations for both future researchers and practitioners and can be used as a reference.
