摘要

本研究主要探究諮商心理師的反身性。研究問題為：(一)諮商心理師形成反身性的條件為何？(二)諮商心理師的反身性內涵為何？本研究採用質性研究取向，以五名諮商心理師作為研究參與者。本研究採用立意取樣，以五名實務經驗豐富的諮商心理師作為研究參與者，並且採用以半結構訪談方式收集文本資料，並將之轉錄成為逐字稿。使用Hennie Boeije提出的「螺旋模式分析法」作為分析取徑，最後彙整出研究結果。
　　研究結果（一）：諮商心理師形成反身性的條件有：深刻的內在自我探索、碰觸個案深具衝擊性的生命困境、聆聽邊緣文化或次文化的生活經驗、跨領域的助人工作經驗、與諮商典範者互動。研究結果（二）：不利於諮商心理師形成反身性的條件有：自視甚高的專家姿態、過於追求績效的社會環境。研究結果（三）：諮商心理師形成反身性的內涵有：一致性的展現在心理師的專業領域與私領域之間、非傳統諮商的技術與做法、自身與理論之間的關係、形成具有個人特色的諮商人性觀。最後，研究者依據研究結果進行討論並提出建議，以提供實務、教學現場及未來相關研究之參考。

This research mainly explores the reflexivity of counseling psychologists. The research questions are: (1) What are the conditions for counseling psychologists to form reflexivity? (2) What is the reflexive connotation of counseling psychologists? This research adopts a qualitative research approach, with five counseling psychologists as the research participants. This study uses purposive sampling, with five practical and experienced counseling psychologists as the research participants. This research uses the "spiral of analysis method" by Hennie Boeije as the analysis path, and finally summarize the research results.
Research results (1): The conditions for counseling psychologists to form reflexivity are: deep inner self-exploration, touching the client’s impactful life dilemma, listening to the life experience of marginal culture or subculture, and cross-disciplinary work experience of helping others, interaction with model counselors. Research results (2): The conditions that are not conducive to the formation of reflexivity of counseling psychologists are: a high self-esteem expert attitude, and a social environment that is too pursuit of performance. Research results (3): The connotation of the reflexivity of counseling psychologists includes: consistent display between the psychologists’ professional and private fields, non-traditional counseling techniques and practices, and the relationship between themselves and theories, personal characteristics of the counselor's view. Finally, the researchers discuss and make suggestions based on the research results to provide references for practice, teaching sites, and future related research.
