大學生自我概念、服務學習滿意度、利社會行為之相關研究

A Study on the Relationships among the Self-concepts, Service Learning Satisfaction, and Altruistic Behavior of College Students.

摘要


本研究旨在了解大學生自我概念、服務學習滿意度與利社會行為三者之現況,以及背景變項(性別、年級、地區)於其中的差異情形,並探討三者之間的關係。本研究採調查研究法,以台灣大學生為研究對象,並編製「大學生自我概念、服務學習滿意度、利社會行為量表」為研究工具,共獲得有效問卷453份,將蒐集之資料以「描述統計」、「t考驗」、「單因子變異數分析」、「Pearson積差相關」、「多元迴歸分析」等方法進行統計分析,將研究結果分述如下: 一、大學生自我概念、服務學習滿意度、利社會行為得分平均為3分以上。 二、不同性別之大學生在生理自我概念上有顯著差異,男性優於女性。 三、不同年級之大學生在生理自我概念、社會自我概念上有顯著差異,三年級優於四年級。 四、不同地區之大學生在教師教學滿意度、社會關懷滿意度上有顯著差異,北部地區優於中部地區。 五、不同地區之大學生在利社會行為上有顯著差異,南部地區優於北部地區。 六、大學生之自我概念與服務學習滿意度呈現正相關。 七、大學生之自我概念與利社會行為呈現正相關。 八、大學生之服務學習滿意度與利社會行為呈現正相關。 九、學生之自我概念、服務學習滿意度對利社會行為具有預測力。

The main purpose of this research was to study current status of self-concept, service learning satisfaction, and altruistic behaviors for college students, and to explore the correlations among college students’ personal profile (grades, gender and region), self-concept, service learning satisfaction, and altruistic behaviors, and to explore the relationship between the three. The participants in this study included 453 college students in Taiwan. The instruments used in the study included the scale of the self-concepts, the scale of the service learning satisfaction, and the scale of the altruistic behavior of college student. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted by means of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple RegressionAnalysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The degree of overall performance of the students’ self-concept, service learning satisfaction, and altruistic behaviorsis average score is more than three points. 2. The self-concept of the male students is significantly higher than the female ones on the aspect of physiological self. 3. The self-concept of the third-grade students is significantlyhigher than the forth-grade ones on the aspect of physical self, social self. 4. The service learning satisfaction of the northern region students is significantly higher than the central Region students of teacher teaching satisfaction, social care satisfaction. 5. The altruistic behaviors of the southern region students is significantly higher than the northern region ones on the aspect of overall altruistic behaviors. 6. Self-concept and service learning satisfaction are significantly positive related. 7. Self-concept and altruistic behaviors are significantly positive related. 8. Service learning satisfaction and altruistic behaviors are significantly positive related. 9. Self-concept and service learning satisfaction can effectively predict the altruistic behaviors of college Students.
