論文名稱:脈波驅動電路設計應用於半導體雷射利用光二極體自動定功 率之研究 校院系:國立暨南國際大學科技學院光電科技碩士學位學程在職專班 頁數:78 畢業時間:102 年 1 月 學位別:碩士 研究生:謝明僑 指導教授:孫台平 博士 論文摘要 本論文主要以脈波驅動Arima ADL-65102TL AlGalnP Visible LASER diode , LASER Diode 具體積小易於驅動發光,但LASER Diode 在發光時容易受溫度影響, 此次利用脈波寬度調變技巧設計一LASER Diode 自動定光功率回授控制電路,並利用 Photo diode 檢測光電流特性,依LASER Diode 所檢測LASER Diode 光功率強度回授 控制LASER Diode 的驅動。進而使用帶通濾波器濾除非控制訊號雜訊並利用脈波寬度 調變方式控制LASER Diode 隨溫度上升而下降改變之光功率,可達成一穩定控制光功 率在3% 以內且具有抗雜訊的自動定光功率控制目的。 分析自動定光功率回授控制與不同的驅動方式(CC、ACC、APC)下LASER Diode 對於不 同的溫度時的光功率特性之影響。經本文分析,在溫度改變情況下,利用Photo diode 自動定光功率控制可以有效控制光功率3% 以內。 關鍵詞:雷射自動定光功率、脈波寬度調變、定光功率

Then use a bandpass filter to filter out non-control signal-to-noise and the use of pulse width modulation control LASER diode with increasing temperature down to change the optical power, optical power with anti-noise and less than 3% to reach a stable control automatically given optical power control purposes. The analysis automatically set the optical power feedback control with different drive (CC、ACC、APC) under LASER diode optical power characteristics for different temperature. This article analyzes, in the case of temperature changes, the use of Photo diode automatically given control of the optical power of less than 3% of the optical power can be effectively controlled.
