會展產業將持續帶動全球商機無限,成為二十一世紀的產業金礦。會議展覽產業(Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions,簡稱 MICE 產業)屬於第三產業,它的發展能帶動一個地區或城市的經濟成長。越是發展中的地區或城市,越是希望藉助發展會展產業來推動經濟和社會的發展。本研究藉由文獻探討、訪談法,收集相關資料等,試圖在館方經營者與策展單位間,找出影響會展成功關鍵因素的主要差異。 本研究發現,真正影響會展產業的成功關鍵因素,會隨著時代變遷、對象與思考立場的不同,而有所極大差異化。倘若能在這些變動的關鍵因素間,找到平衡點,勢必能將會展產業推向更高峰之處。另外,本研究根據分析結果,提出相關建議,以作為後續台灣發展會展產業之參考。
MICE industry will continue to drive global business opportunities and become an industrial gold mine in the 21st century. MICE industry includes (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions industry) Belonging to the tertiary industry. Its development can drive the economic growth of a region or city. The more developing regions or cities, the more they hope to promote the economic and social development by developing the exhibition industry. This study attempts to identify the main differences between the manager and curators of the through the literature discussion, by interview methods, and collection of relevant materials, literature review. This study finds that the key factors that really affect the success of the exhibition industry will be greatly different with the changes of the times, objects and thinking positions. If we can find a balance between the key factors of these changes, it will surely push the industry to a higher peak. In addition, based on the analysis results, this study proposes relevant recommendations as a reference for the follow-up development of Taiwan's convention and exhibition industry.
