台北市國中女學生行經期體育課參與態度影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解台北市國中女學生行經期體育課參與態度之影響因素。研究對象為95學年度台北市國中八年級女學生,研究工具為「台北市國中女學生行經期體育課參與態度影響因素之研究」問卷,共得到459份有效問卷,所得資料以描述性統計(次數分配百分比、平均數、標準差)、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗及雪費事後比較法等進行資料分析。研究重要結果如後: 一、研究對象的行經期體育課參與態度為中立偏正向;偶爾請生理假及未曾請過生理假的女學生參與態度高於常常請生理假者。 二、女學生行經期參與體育課活動自覺不輕鬆者達70.2%;自覺輕鬆的女學生參與態度高於覺得不輕鬆者。 三、月經週期規則及有時規則有時不規則的女學生,其行經期體育課參與態度高於月經不規則者。 四、行經期體育課參與態度受教師性別、父母親教育程度、父親社經地位、月經知識、初經時間、請生理假頻率、行經期上體育課心理感受度及月經規則度影響。 五、女學生行經期體育課請生理假的頻率受到上體育課心理感受度及行經期不適症狀的影響。 六、請生理假主要因素以下腹痛居多,佔77.0%;家人為女學生請生理假的主要學習對象。

The purpose of this study is mainly to understand the influential factors of participation attitude in Physical Education (PE) class during menstruation for girl students of junior high schools in Taipei City. The research objects of this study are the Grade 8 girl students of junior high schools in Taipei City during the School Year 2006, and the research tool used in this study is the questionnaire of “The Study of Participation and Attitude in Physical Education Class during Menstruation for Girl Students of Junior High Schools in Taipei City”; in addition, the number of valid samples obtained is 459. Furthermore, the researcher adopted methods, such as descriptive statistics (percent frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation), Independent-Samples t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Chi-Square Test and Scheffe' Post Hoc comparisons etc., to analyze the collected data. The research results are shown as follows: 1. The attitude of participation in PE Class for the research object is impartial but tends to positive; the attitude of participation for those girl students who occasionally or never ask for the menstrual leave is higher than the ones who frequently asked for the menstrual leave. 2. The percentage of girl students who thought they may have uneasy mood to participate in PE class during their menstruation is reached 70.2%; and the participation attitude of girl students who thought they may have easy mood that is higher than the ones who may feel uneasy to participate in PE class. 3. The participation in PE class for those girl students who have a regular or sometimes an irregular menstrual cycle is higher than those girl students who have an irregular menstrual cycle. 4. The participation attitude in PE class during menstruation for girl student will be influenced by the sex of teachers, the education level for parents, the socioeconomic status for her father, the knowledge about menstruation, the age of menarche, frequency of asking for menstrual leave, the mental reception of participating in PE class during menstruation and the menstrual regulation. 5. The frequency of asking for menstrual leave for girl students who participated in PE class during menstruation will be influenced by the mental reception of participating in PE class and the symptoms of menstrual discomfort. 6. The lower abdominal pain is the major reason to ask for the leave which accounted for 77.0%; and family members are the main learning object for those girl students who asked for the menstrual leave.
