有價證?印刷從業人員印製技術核心能力之研究

摘要


資訊科技的快速發展,彩色影印、高階掃描器、數位影像設備不斷的推陳出新,使得智慧型經濟犯罪事件層出不窮;其中有價證?印製是運用最多防偽複製技術及材料的產業,使得印製從業人員所具備的核心能力面臨相當的挑戰。 本研究目的在瞭解「有價證?印刷從業人員印製技術核心能力」以作為未來產、官、學界及從業人員本身,對於未來人力規劃及核心能力構面發展之具體參考。 本研究經文獻資料分析及專家訪談資料的整理來解答有價證?印製技術的發展現況;及國內現階段有價證?印刷從業人員所需具備的核心能力(知識knowledge、技術skill)。經由問卷調查方法以獲得目前有價證?印刷產業,相關核心能力取得的方式及有價證?印刷產業,從業人員對核心能力的認知度情形。 【本研究發現】: 一、有價證?印刷產業的發展趨勢;印前防偽設計人員應該強化新材料、新技術大膽嘗試謹慎運用的態度,對印刷製程要充分的瞭解;而印刷製程是著眼於防偽機制的表現,以印製設備的混合運用來彰顯防偽機制;在後加工的技術設備要與印製設備整合成為一貫化作業。 二、核心知識學習方面:特殊印刷基礎、印製設備結構作用及操作特性、上、下游製程整合、新科技、新材料資訊或跨領域等,各構面專業知識的學習必須與有價證?防偽印製技術相關聯;技術建構的部分:經過評估企業認為會成為日後的趨勢運用或者是在現階段的防偽印製生產上能夠有所助益,從業人員才是應該要具備的核心技術能力。 三、印製從業人員對核心能力取得方式的認知度: (一)在性別方面,男性的受試者所認知的核心能力取得方式高於女性的受試者。 (二)在年齡方面,分布?41~50歲?及?51歲以上?的受試者所認知的核心能力取得方式高於其他年齡分佈的受試者。 (三)在教育程度方面,分佈?高中?及?專科?的受試者所認知的核心能力取得方式高於其他教育程度分佈的受試者。 (四)在工作年資方面,分佈?10~20年?及?20年以上?的受試者所認知的核心能力取得方式高於其他工作年資分佈的受試者。 四、印製從業人員對核心能力構面的認知度: (一)不同的性別、年齡及教育程度,在核心能力認知度方面,並沒有顯著的差異。 (二)不同的工作年資,只有在?生產技術之研發能力?及?生產技術之關鍵技術掌握能力?這兩構面是有顯著的差異;其他的構面並沒有顯著的差異。 (三)在核心能力構面的重要性依重複量數分析結果,依序是?生產技術之彈性應變能力?、?生產技術之知識與技能的學習能力?與?生產技術之跨部門製程整合能力?、?生產技術之關鍵技術掌握能力?、?生產技術之製程技術累積與擴散能力?與?生產技術之研發能力?。 關鍵詞:有價證?、有價證?印刷、核心能力

The quickly progress of the information science, The equipments of the color outputted、hyper scanner and technology of digital imagine are keeping in update, thus to offer a lots of the economic crimes by braines. The Security printing industry are the one of most to use lots Anti-counterfeit technologies and masteries, The employee's core competency of printing technology were be challenged. The purposes of the study has to identify the professional core competency for the employee of Security Printing technology, and furthermore to establish a guide line to the circles of Security Printing industry;Government;Education;and Employee. To fulfill the research purposes:a literature analysis and interviews were conducted the developing of the Security Printing technology;and what should owned the employee's core competency of the Security Printing industry. To fulfill identify of the way to gain for the employee's core competency and identify of the employee's core competency in Security Printing technology by surveys(questionnaires). Analysis and Results The finding consisted of four parts: 1. The developing of the Security Printing technology;The employee of the Anti-counterfeit designer should to strengthen the attitude at used the new materials and new sciences, and to understood the printing presses. The printing presses should focused on manifestation for anti-counterfeit devices, To integration the printing machines to show off the anti-counterfeit devices. At the post press, the equipments had to integrated inline. 2. In the core knowledge learning: the special printing knowledge; the structuring of printing machines; the integration of all printing presses; the information of the materials and sciences and others. The professional knowledge learning should be related about Security Printing Technology. In the core technology learning: It would be useful in the further or helpful in the printing presses after evaluations by the companies. 3. The identify of the way to gain for the employee's core competency: (1) In the respect of gender, there is a significant difference between male and female. (2) In the respect of age, the groups of age within 41~50 years old and elder than 51 years old has greater than others. (3) In the respect of education levels, the groups of education level within senior high school and collage has greater than others. (4) In the respect of working histories, the groups of working histories within 10~20 years and more than 20 years has greater than others. 4. The identify of the employee's core competency in Security Printing technology: (1) In difference gender; age and education levels, there is no significant difference. (2) In difference working histories, there are significant difference in the directions of“The research ability of printing technology”and“The ability about master for know-how in printing technology”;and there is no significant difference in others. (3) According to the result of repeat measure at importance of employee's core competency, the significance is changeable process ability of printing technology, the learning ability about knowledge and skill of printing technology, and the integrated of process ability of printing technology in cross department, the ability about master for know-how in printing technology, the ability about technology of processes for accumulated and diffused, the research ability of printing technology.
