台電公司從業人員連續假期休閒參與之研究—以該公司休閒資源為範圍

摘要


片斷零星的自由時間對於休閒的選擇有其一定之限制,連續假期使自由時間不致分割,可以有更寬廣的休閒選擇與更完整的休閒安排。本研究目的旨在探討台電公司發展休閒事業之初期規劃下,依該公司可提供之休閒資源,員工於三天以上的連續假期之休閒參與特性。本研究以台電公司組成之人口因素為背景變項,探討受訪者連續假期分布之時間特性、休閒參與特性及於其間之關係。以問卷調查做為研究之蒐集工具,並應台電公司單位組織及幅員分布等因素,採集群抽樣及分層隨機抽樣之二階段抽樣方式。正式施測發出463份問卷,回收有效問卷421份。使用SPSS統計軟體做為統計分析與檢定工具,經以項目分析、敘述性統計分析、卡方考驗等統計方法進行分析討論後,獲致結論如下: 1.台電員工安排三天以上之連續假期時段,傾向於與星期六、日連結;假期型態部分,則以包含國定假日者最多。 2.台電員工連續假期休閒參與,最多人曾參與的為非都市型住宿類;參與頻率最高的為零售類;參與都市型住宿類活動時,所花費的時間期程最長。 3.不同工時性質及工作年資之台電員工在連續假期時段上有顯著差異;除職等外,不同背景變項之台電員工在連續假期型態選擇上有顯著差異。 4.不同背景變項之台電員工在休閒參與特性上有顯著差異。 5.台電員工連續假期休假特性對休閒參與特性具有影響性。 依據所獲致結論,本研究針對台電公司發展休閒事業規劃,提出鼓勵員工善用特休假及妥適運用休閒資源之建議;並對於後續研究提出決策面之訪談及景點喜好調查研究之補強建議,以能綜合形成開發效益評估之重要參考指標。

The purpose of this research was to discuss the Taipower Company(TPC)of employee in the continuous vacation of more than three day of the recreation participate characteristic. Using cluster sampling, all send out 463 questionnaires, recover 421 effectively. Collected valid data had been analyzed by item analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, chi-square test. The results were found as the following: 1. The continuous vacation of more than three day, most link on Saturday and Sunday; Vacation type with include a national holiday at most. 2. Most TPC staff to attend once was suburban area accommodation; attend frequency highest is retail price; attend the city accommodation activity time was the longest. 3. The different works and past service time of the TPC staff was difference on the time of continuous vacation; In addition to post stratum, the different background of TPC staff was difference on the type choice of the continuous vacation. 4. There was significant difference in recreational participation with different background of the TPC staff. 5. The holiday characteristic of the continuous vacation of TPC staff participates to the recreation the characteristic contain influence. According to the conclusion acquired, put forward encourage employee to use the vacation and appropriate made used of a recreational resource of suggestion; For continue of the research put forward the interview which made policy a person with like of scenery location investigate research of suggestion, with comprehensive formation development benefit valuation of important reference index sign.
