為探尋基層公務人員休閒參與之現況,本研究從臺北市12個區公所中基層公務人員,其休閒參與經驗出發,藉由其特殊職業身分、機關屬性及都會區域處境,思索當前社會對公務人員休閒品質之印象與現實生活之落差。 據此,研究者自量化方法著手,以網路問卷針對全體區公所人員進行普查,進而探討各種人口變項與休閒參與之關係。由個人生活背景條件於休閒參與程度之影響展開,在不同類型受訪者之休閒參與情境脈絡中,得到下列研究發現: (一) 受訪者性別、年齡、官職等級、婚姻及子女狀況、服務年資及服務單位之不同,均造成休閒參與程度及類型選擇之差異,但在不同行政區的休閒參與狀態則無差異。 (二) 受訪者年齡、官職等級、婚姻及子女狀況、服務年資與服務單位之不同,其工作滿意度亦有差異,但在不同性別及行政區的工作滿意度則無明顯差異。 (三) 受訪者休閒參與情形與工作滿意度間呈現低度正相關。 根據上述研究發現,研究結論自休閒參與差異之成因展開討論,最後向主管機關及未來研究兩方面提供建議,並供個人研究省思。
To investigate the current leisure participation of street-level bureaucrats, the research explores leisure of street-level bureaucrats in 12 district offices of Taipei City based on their job role, agencies, and localities. The author uses quantitative methods to figure out the relationship between demographics and leisure participation by questionnaires to all bureaucrats of district offices. Under the context of leisure participation of different participants of the research, the result shows that gender, age, position, marriage status, children, seniority, and service unit can affect the choice of participation level and types of leisure. However, there is no clear difference of leisure characteristics between districts. The correlation between leisure participation and job satisfaction is modestly correlated. The research discusses the causes of different levels of leisure participation and gives recommendations to government offices and further studies.
