臺北縣某國中學生吸菸行為相關因素之研究

摘要

本論文旨在了解國中生的吸菸行為之相關因素，亦即在探討個人背景因素（性別、年級、學業成就、家長教育程度）、心理因素（自尊、吸菸態度）、社會因素（依附關係、吸菸角色模仿）與吸菸行為的關係。以九十五年度就讀於台北縣立某國中一至三年級學生為母群體。以班級為抽樣單位隨機取樣方式，自一至三年級各選取四班，共12班，396人為樣本，有效樣本數383人，有效樣本回收率達96.7%。所得資料採用SPSS 15.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行分析。
本研究主要結果如下：
一、 研究對象的吸菸行為與背景因素中的性別、年級、學業成就、父親的教育程度有關連性存在；與母親教育程度無關連性存在。
二、 研究對象的吸菸行為與心理因素中的自尊無關連性存在。
三、 研究對象的吸菸態度越正向，其吸菸行為的比率越高。
四、 研究對象的父親依附關係越好、母親依附關係越好，其吸菸行為的比率越低。
五、 研究對象的吸菸行為與同儕依附關係與無關聯性存在。
六、 研究對象的吸菸角色模仿人數越多，其吸菸行為比率越高。
七、 對研究對象吸菸行為具有預測力的變項有吸菸態度、父親依附關係、母親依附關係、吸菸角色模仿。其中以吸菸角色模仿的影響最大。
最後，依據研究結果進行討論，並分別針對實務工作與未來研究提出建議。

The aim of this study is to understand the related factor of smoking behavior of the junior high school students, which inquires the personal background factor(sex, grade, studies achievement and parent education level), psychology factor(self-esteem, smoking attitude) and social factor(attachment relationship and smoking role modeling) relationship with smoking behavior.
By using random sampling method,374 of valid samples of the 1-3 grade students selected from a junior high school in Taipei city . Data was analyzed with SPSS 15.0 for windows.
The main finding of the study were as follows:
1. There is a relationship between the background factors, sex, grade, school achievement, and father education, and smoking behavior; there is no relationship between mother education and smoking behavior.
2. There is is no relationship between the mental factor, self-esteem, and smoking behavior.
3. The more positive smoking attitude, the higher percentage of smoking behavior.
4. The better father and mother attachment of the student, the lower ratio of smoking behavior.
5. There is no relationship between peers attachment and smoking behavior.
6. The more smoking role modeling of the student, the higher smoking behavior percentage.
7. The predictive variants of smoking behavior of the students are smoking attitude, father and mother attachment, and smoking role modeling. Among them, the smoking role modeling has the greatest influence.
Finally, these results were discussed and applied in the practical experience and future studies.
