國中小學未婚教師婚姻態度之研究:知覺父母婚姻關係及親子情感之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中小未婚教師目前婚姻態度的現況,並探討未婚教師之個人背景變項、知覺父母婚姻關係、親子情感與婚姻態度的關聯。 研究以方便取樣的方式進行調查,透過問卷調查的方式,挑選國內中小學未婚教師為本研究對象,包含台北縣市、基隆市、桃園縣、新竹市、台中縣市、南投縣、嘉義縣、台南縣市、高雄縣市、屏東縣、花蓮縣、宜蘭縣等53所國中小學,共回收有效問卷516份。 研究以「婚姻態度量表」、「知覺父母婚姻關係量表」、「親子情感量表」為研究工具收集資料進行分析,所得資料以SPSS13.0版進行處理分析,以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、階層回歸進行統計考驗。分析結果如下: 一、未婚教師知覺父母婚姻關係、親子情感與婚姻態度的現況: (一)未婚教師持正向的婚姻態度。 (二)未婚教師知覺父母婚姻關係多為良好。 (三)未婚教師經常透過「陪伴」、「情感交流」、「實質協助」、「子代與 親代聯繫情形」的增進與母親的親子情感。 二、親子情感分析: (一)未婚教師與母親的親子情感因性別、不同家中排行而有顯著差異。 (二)未婚女教師與母親的親子情感較未婚男教師佳。 (三)未婚教師與父親的親子情感因目前與異性交往情形、是否與父母同 住而有顯著差異。 三、婚姻態度分析: (一)未婚男教師的婚姻態度較未婚女教師正向。 (二)「目前有固定交往男女朋友」的未婚教師,其婚姻態度較「曾經有 交往過男女朋友,但現階段並無固定交往的對象」、「從未交往過男 女朋友」兩者皆來得更為正向。 (三)未婚教師的婚姻態度不因「家中排行」、「是否與父母同住」而有顯 著差異。

The purposes of this study are to investigate the current marriage attitude of the unmarried teachers in junior high and elementary school. Furthermore, this study investigates the correlation between marriage attitude of the unmarried teachers and personal background, perceptions of parents’ marital relationship, and parents/children affection. Samples are collected from convenient sampling responded by the unmarried teachers of totally 53 junior high and elementary schools in Taipei City, Taipei County, Keelung City, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City, Taichung City, Taichung County, Nantou County, Chiayi County, Tainan City ,Tainan County, Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung County, Pingtung County, Hua-lian County, and Yilan County. The eligible questionnaires are totally 516 copies. The instruments used for data collection and analysis are marriage attitudes scale, perceptions of parents’ marital relationship scale, parents/children affection scale, fertility expectancy scale and demographic information. All statistics are computed by Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS).Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA), chi-square test, Parson’s product-moment correlation, hierarchical multiple regression analysis are utilized to evaluate and analyze between factors. The results indicated as follows: 1. The current status of unmarried teachers on perceptions of parents’ marital relationship, parents/children affection, and marriage attitude. (1) The unmarried teachers are tending to have positive marriage attitude . (2) The unmarried teachers think the perceptions of parents’ marital relationship is well. (3) Parents/children affection between the unmarried teacher and his/her mother is usually improved by accompanying, affection communication, essential assistance, and parents/children communication. 2. Analysis of parent/children affection (1)Parents/children affection between the unmarried teachers and his/her mother exists obvious variance due to gender and birth order. (2)The unmarried female teacher’s parents/child affection is better than the unmarried male teacher’s. (3)Parents/children affection between the unmarried teachers and his/her father exists obvious variance due to the heterosexual relationship status and the fact that he/her live with parents. 3. Analysis of marriage attitude (1)The unmarried male teachers are tending to have higher marriage attitude than the unmarried female teachers. (2)The unmarried teachers who associate with fixed heterosexual people have higher married attitude than the unmarried teachers who have ever made heterosexual relationship but do not associate fixed heterosexual people in current stage and the unmarried teachers who have not made heterosexual relationship. (3) Marriage attitude of the unmarried teacher does not exist obvious variance due to birth order and the fact that he/her lives with parents.
