實施高職機械科新課程之因應措施研究------以台中縣市學校為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職機械科實施新課程之因應措施,以作為高職機械科實施新課程之參考。為達研究目的,本研究蒐集相關文獻,再經歸納分析整理,確立「課程發展」、「學生進路」「設備配合」、「師資培訓」、「法令宣導」與「整體成效」六個層面相關因素,並採用問卷調查法。透過問卷瞭解目前高職機械科的教師及行政人員對於學校實施新課程發展沿革及因應措施之意見。 本研究以台中縣市八所公私立高職機械科學校為對象,發出140份問卷,回收有效問卷數為131份,有效回收率93.5%。本研究資料分析採用描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及因素分析等統計方法,以瞭解資料分佈情形與進行差異性及相關性考驗。 根據文獻探討及統計分析結果,本研究獲致結論如下: 一、高職課程修訂從以往「職業取向」轉變為「職業生涯觀念」之導向。 二、台中縣市高職機械科教師及行政人員對於新課程實施後各個層面之因應持肯定的看法。 三、不同背景變項在因應新課程實施上,各個層面均無明顯的差異。 研究結論對因應新課程之課程發展的建議如下: 一、課程發展:建立教材研發人才資料庫,健全課程發展組織以及制訂課程發展標準作業(SOP)模式並加以法制化。 二、學生進路:設計多元課程,增加校訂科目彈性及學生選課機會,以利學生進路。 三、設備配合:建立設備資料庫,有效整合教學資源設備,教育主管機關應評鑑各校設備因應新課程實施之需求整合並持續補助。 四、師資培訓:鼓勵教師建立學習型的學習團隊,規劃因應新課程實施之教師在職進修、研習及第二專長模式之建立。 五、法令宣導:利用網路公聽、說明會;印製宣導手冊、說帖及Q&A,瞭解檢視新課程與待解決問題之因應。

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to explore the adaptative approches of implementing new curriculum in the mechanic engineering departments of vocational high schools. In order to achieve the purpose, through reviewing related literature with the previous studies, six dimensions were constructed such as: “course development”, “students’ pathway” “facilities matching”, “teacher training”, “reguralation and iniation” and “integrated performance”. Based on the questionnaire survey , the difficulties and adaptative strategies of new curriculum were analyzed and briefed in this study . The subjects of this research were sampled from the eight different vocational senior high schools in Taichung. A total of 140 teachers were selected. The 131 effective samples of questionnaire were collected therefore, the effective return rate is 93.5%. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, Pearson Correctional Coefficient and factor analysis for testing the distribution of information and the differences and relationships, were implemented for further analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: Ⅰ.the vocational senior high schools’ curriculum have been amended that from “occcupation-oriented” into “the career-oriented” approach Ⅱ.the teachers of mechanical department and administrators of vocational senior high schools in Taichung tend to take positive attitudes toward the implementation of new curriculum. Ⅲ.there is no significant difference among background variables in the implementation of new curriculum. However, there are several suggestions, in the following for reference: Ⅰ.course development: building up R&D manpower of teaching materials development and constructing the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for course development. Ⅱ.students’ pathway: designing multiple path of courses for students to learn and increasing the flexibility of school-based curriculum. Ⅲ. facilities matching: building up facility resources for schools, and matching with the needs of new curriculum. Ⅳ. teacher training: encouraging schools to set up learning teams, planning teachers’ on-the-job training, obtaining the second major expertise and abilities of creating teaching materials for adopting the new curriculum. Ⅴ. reguralation and iniation: implementing the policy by way of internet public hearing, conference, observation, evaluation, manuals and Q & A brochures to realize the difficulties and problems of the implementation of new curriculum.
