社區居民參與社區博物館的經營管理程度對其社區意識之影響研究-以無尾港水鳥濕地保護區為例

摘要

本研究目的主要在探討社區居民參與社區博物館的經營管理程度對其社區意識之影響，並以無尾港水鳥保護區鄰近的港邊社區之18歲以上男性與女性居民為研究對象，本研究採便利抽樣以問卷調查的方式，根據宜蘭縣戶政事務所之人口統計資料，針對港邊社區之居民進行調查，共回收280份問卷。研究結論為：1.本次調查以31~50歲已婚女性居多，職業多為退休者或無職業者，教育程度以高中職比例最高，居住時間多為11~20年。2.在社區居民參與社區博物館經營管理角色分析結果為七大構面以無參與特殊之角色以及志工角色比例最高，並可將參與角色分為參與角色偏專業以及參與角色偏基礎兩集群；在參與程度上，社區居民參與程度比例最高的工作為解說導覽、保育教育宣導、加入相關組織以及清潔工作，並可將整體參與程度分為三個集群，分別為集群1參與角色偏專業範圍廣、集群2參與角色偏基礎範圍小、集群3參與角色偏基礎範圍廣。3.社區居民之社區意識結果偏向「同意」的程度。4.居民基本變項與參與角色在職業與教育程度上有顯著差異。居民基本變項與參與程度在年齡、職業、教育程度以及居住時間上有顯著差異。5. 社區居民在年齡、職業、婚姻狀況、教育程度以及居住在社區時間與社區意識上有顯著差異。6.集群1：專業範圍廣集群、集群2：基礎範圍小以及集群3：基礎範圍廣在社區意識上有顯著差異。而研究結果提供政府相關單位與未來欲發展社區博物館的相關組織及後續研究，做為發展社區博物館考量因素之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to determine that the residents participate in management of community museum affect their sense of community.The method was survey with questionnaires. The survey was held at Wuweigang Bird Sanctuary community museum in Yilan. Data were collected from Wu wei gang community. There were 280 participants in this study. There were 280 effective samples collected. The results of this study were: 1. The residents’ population descriptive statistical analysis found that the residents were mostly female between 31to 50years,retired or no occupation, married, high school’s degree, reside more than 11~20 years. 2.Most residents’s participation role was no peculiar role and volunteers.They can classify into two different group：group1-professional role、group2-basic role.In participation level, commentate, preservation&education,join organization, sanitary were the most. They can classify into therr different group：group1-professional&range small、group2-basic& range small、group3-basic& range wild. 3.The residentsthe rated the sense of community as importance degree. 4.The residents’s age,occupation, education level,resident duration had a significance on the impact on participation role. 5. The residents’s age, employment, marital status,education level,resident duration had a significance affect on sense of community.6.group1-professional&range small、group2-basic& range small、group3-basic& range wild had a significance on the impact on the sense of community.The results suggested planners and community museum holders to choose or develope community programming.
