臺北市國中體育班學生學習適應之探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討台北市國中體育班學生學習適應之現況,比較體育班學生不同背景變項之差異情形。研究對象為台北市國中體育班學生(N=561),在資料蒐集上採以量化與質性方式進行研究,並以Likert式五點量表之自編問卷進行調查,配合進行半結構式訪談。在量化方面,採用平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析和Scheffe’法事後比較等統計方法,在質性方面,針對六位體育班同學之訪談內容進行分析與歸納。研究結果發現:(一)台北市國中體育班學生之學習適應以專長訓練適應情形為最佳,其次為學習環境適應、人際關係適應,最後為學科學習適應。(二)台北市國中體育班學生的學習適應情形會因性別、年級、代表層級、課後輔導、學業成就、校外補習、訓練天數、訓練時間、家庭社經地位及學術科困擾的不同而有顯著差異。(三)體育班學生對於所屬運動專長都有高度認同感,重視自己運動表現,但遇到瓶頸時會自我調適;在學科方面卻因基礎學科能力太差、班級讀書氣氛低落等因素影響,產生適應不良;深受訓練場地設施不足及運動傷害等問題困擾。

The study focuses on a probe into junior high school students’ present adaptation to their learning. The very discussion aims to investigate and compare how individual students, with different backgrounds, in physical education classes of junior high level deal with problems in their learning process. The subjects are 561 students of physical education classes of junior high schools in Taipei city. The materials were collected and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The 561 respondents were expected to finish a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire, and a semistructured interview was used on 6 of them。 The three findings are: a) junior high school students in physical education classes adapts the best to their individual professional specialty training, less better to the learning environment, interpersonal relationship, and the most poorly to their academic learning. b) the differences in these students’performance and adaptation are determined by variables including gender, grade, level of representative, extra curriculum, academic achievement, cram schooling, time of training period, economy and social status of the family, and concerns in their academic subjects. c) the students share the tendency to strongly identify themselves with their individual professional specialty, highly value their sports performance, and are capable of self-adjustment when challenged. Generally when they face other school courses, such adjustment seems to be absent due to factors like overall poorness in academic achievement, inadequacy of positive learning atmosphere, and insufficiency of proper training facilities.
