我國高級職業學校製圖科教師製圖專業能力之研究

A Study on the Professional Competency of Drawing for Teachers of Drawing Department in Vocational High Schools in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討我國高職製圖科教師之製圖專業能力,從重要程度與具備程度上分析教師專業能力之現況,並依據研究結果,提出相關建議。本研究採用德懷術與問卷調查法進行教師專業能力之調查,問卷調查以九十八學年度現職合格之製圖科教師為研究對象,共寄出25 所學校,調查問卷合計發出195 份,回收181 份,回收率92.8%,有效問卷164 份,可用率90.6%。以SPSS For Windows 15.0 進行資料統計分析,採用描述性統計、t 考驗、IPA分析、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較法進行相關分析。 根據所得統計分析資料,獲得以下之結論: 一、高職製圖科教師應具備之製圖專業能力計有「製圖基本能力」、「電腦應用能力」、「視圖繪製能力」、「尺度標註能力」、「實物測繪能力」與「專業製圖能力」等六項構面、八十五項能力項目。 二、高職製圖科教師認為製圖專業能力以視圖繪製能力最為重要。 三、高職製圖科教師具備的製圖專業能力以視圖繪製能力最佳。 四、高職製圖科教師認為重要且已具備的能力為製圖基本能力、電腦應用能力、視圖繪製能力、尺度標註能力及實物測繪能力。 五、不同性別、教育程度、任教年資、學校區位、專業訓練之教師對製圖專業能力重要程度均無顯著差異。 六、不同任教年資之教師對實物測繪能力的具備程度存有差異,其中以任教年資達26 年以上之教師,其具備程度高於5 年以下之教師。

The research mainly discussed the drawing competency for the teachers of drawing department in vocational high schools, analysing the differences between the professional competency and the current situation from the levels of importance and availability, and moreover presenting relative suggestions based on the research results. The research adopted the Delphi Technique and Questionnaire Survey as the survey methods. Taking the qualified on-job cartographic teachers of the 98 academic year as the research subject, 195 questionnaires were distributed and 181 responsed, with the response rate of 92.8%. Among the responsed questionnaires, 164 are valid, with the availability rate of 90.6%. The research adopted SPSS For Windows 15.0 for the statistical analysis of the resources, and Descriptive Statistics, t-test, IPA, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffé Post Hoc for other relevant analysis. According to the statistical analysis, we can get the following conclusions: I. The drawing competency of the teachers of drawing department in vocational high schools contain 6 aspects(basic drafting, computer application, orthographic projection drawing, dimensioning, working sketches and drawings, as well as professional drawing) and 85 competence items. II. Teachers of drawing department in vocational high schools consider that the most important professional competency is orthographic projection drawing. III. The best competency of the teachers of drawing department in vocational high schools is the orthographic projection drawing. IV. The most important and the best competency is for the basic drafting, computer application, orthographic projection drawing, dimensioning, and working sketches and drawings are importance and availability. V. There is no significant difference of the drawing competency according to different genders, education levels, teaching ages, school locations and professional trainings. VI.Teachers of different teaching ages have differences on the working sketches and drawings. Teachers who teach for more than 26 years have higher availability level than those of less than 5 years.
