國中生社會人口學變項與健康行為相關性研究─以台中市某國民中學為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討國中生社會人口學變項與健康行為之相關性。以台中市某國中九十八學年度第二學期一至三年級學生為研究對象進行比率機率抽樣,採用結構式問卷進行資料收集,共得有效樣本404人。研究結果歸納如下: 一、社會人口學變項中,年級、學業成績及母親管教方式能有效預測研究對象的飲食情況。 二、社會人口學變項中,年級、性別、運動性社團及同儕關係能有效預測研究對象的運動情況。 三、社會人口學變項中,父親管教方式能有效預測研究對象的吸菸情況。 四、社會人口學變項中,性別、年級、學業成績、運動性社團、服務性社團及母親管教方式能有效預測研究對象的事故傷害預防情況。 五、社會人口學變項中,性別、同儕關係、服務性社團及母親管教方式能有效預測研究對象的壓力調適情況。 根據研究結果,建議未來針對不同族群,發展不同重點規劃之衛生教育活動。

The main purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between socio-demographic factors and health behavior of junior high school students. The survey was conducted using self-administered questionnaires in the second semester of the 98th school year, among the student population of a junior high school in Taichung City. The PPS (Probability Proportional to Size) method was used to select the samples. A total of 404 valid samples were collected, the major findings of the study were concluded as follows: 1. Among the socio-demographic variables used in this study, grades, academic scores and parenting styles of the subjects’ mothers can effectively predict the situations of the subjects’ diets. 2. Among the socio-demographic variables used in this study, grades, gender, sports clubs and peer relationships can effectively foresee the exercise situations of the subjects. 3. Among the socio-demographic variables used in this study, parenting styles of the subjects’ fathers can effectively anticipate the smoking situations of the subjects. 4. Among the socio-demographic variables used in this study, gender, grades, academic scores, sports clubs, service clubs and parenting styles of the subjects’ mothers are able to foretell the situations that the subjects prevent from the accidents. 5. Among the socio-demographic variables used in this study, gender, peer relationships, service clubs and parenting styles of the subjects’ mothers can effectively predict the situations of the subjects’ stress adjustment. Based on the above study findings, it is suggested to develop health educational activities with different major intentions for different groups in the future.
