本研究的主旨是探討「高雄學園大學城圖書館聯盟」的緣起與合作動機、使命與共同願景、組織與經費來源、領導與核心議題及需求與行動方案等五大議題。經由現況分析、研究發現與綜合討論,並獲得研究問題的結果。再根據研究結果,做出結論並擬定具體建議提供該聯盟建置之參考。 本研究採用深入訪談法與問卷調查法進行研究,分別進行館長、專家和讀者的訪談,蒐集研究對象的質性資料。以「館員問卷調查表」對高雄學園館員進行普查,以「讀者問卷調查表」對高雄學園讀者進行立意式抽樣調查,蒐集研究對象量化的統計分析資料,並獲得研究問題的結論。 根據研究結論,依高雄學園大學城圖書館聯盟之發展方向、管理策略及成功要素等三個構面,提出九點建議: 1. 儘快召開高雄學園七館館長會議; 2. 擬訂高雄學園大學城圖書館聯盟組織策略計畫; 3. 建立高雄學園大學城圖書館聯盟學習型組織; 4. 薦請政府成立專責機構; 5. 積極舉辦聯盟活動增進讀者服務品質; 6. 管理者與執行者進行全面有效溝通; 7. 確保經費來源穩定成長; 8. 共同徵集、服務與分享電子資源; 9. 積極推展聯盟專業活動與行動方案。
The main purpose of this study is to explore several aspects of the establishmentof the Library Consortium of the "Kaohsiung Campus University Town Library ",including - motivation , mission and shared vision, organization and funding,leadership and core issues, requirement and action plan. The research results arediscovered through the analysis of status quo, and comprehensive discussion of the research problems . Then according to the findings, conclusions and solidrecommendations are drawn to provide a reference on the establishment of the libraryconsortium. In this study, the methodologies of in-depth interview and questionnaire were employed -Library directors and patrons of the consortium members, and experts on library consortia were interviewed to collect qualitative data. Two questionnaires,one for librarians and the other for patrons of the library consortium, were conducted to collect -quantitative data. Based on the findings, nine recommendations on the development, management strategies and success factors of the consortium are drawn: 1. Convene a meeting of the directors of the member libraries as soon as possible. 2. Develop a strategic plan of the consortium. 3. Cultivate an atmosphere of a learning organization in the consortium. 4. Persuade the government to appoint a jurisdiction unit for managing the consortium. 5. Actively hold consortium activities to enhance patron services. 6. Facilitate the comprehensive and effective communication between library directors and librarians. 7. Ensure a long-term and stably growing budget. 8. Cooperatively acquire and share electronic resources, and provide services. 9. Actively promote professional activities and action programs.
