高級中等學校學生生涯輔導資源網站建置之研究-以中美生涯輔導資源網站為例

摘要


本研究旨在研提我國高級中等學校學生生涯輔導適用之資源網站建置架構,協助學生適性輔導。本研究採質性研究,運用文獻分析法、比較分析法、專家諮詢、焦點團體訪談法進行。藉由我國與美國生涯輔導資源網站現況之比較結果,發展自編之「我國高級中等學校學生生涯輔導資源網站架構建置之半結構式訪談問卷」,並經專家諮詢修正,進行四次焦點團體,經北、中、南、東共16位高級中等學校專業輔導教師訪談。將訪談結果,進行資料分析、詮釋、歸納等,獲致下列研究結果: 一、生涯輔導資源網站應具備之功能:提升自主學習機會;滿足使用者查詢所需生涯資訊;強化自我探索;提供學校至工作世界之溝通橋樑。 二、生涯輔導資源網站適用之對象:主要為高中職學生、家長、教師以及輔導人員。 三、生涯輔導資源網站應具備之內容:自我探索功能、教育輔導功能、職業輔導功能、生涯決定技巧。 四、輔導資源網站應具備之增能網站連結:應橫跨產官學三界網站,提供教育學習與職業之現況、未來發展與分析、預估之資訊等連結。 五、生涯輔導資源網站之網路輔助設計:善用視聽媒體、增加網站與使用者之互動性、善用關鍵字搜尋、圖示引導、簡化文字閱讀負擔、使用分眾搜尋等方式等,提升網站的使用率。 六、我國高級中等學校學生生涯輔導資源網站建置架構:內容應具備自我探索、教育輔導、職業輔導、生涯決定技巧,藉由情境體驗、適性學習、了解職業發展趨勢、內外平衡之生涯決定模式,輔以多元之專業網站連結,及網路輔助設計,運用資訊科技整合生涯輔導資源。 依上述研究結果,提出下列建議,以供教育部、大學及技專院校、業界人力資源機構、職業訓練局及青年輔導委員會及未來相關研究之參考。 一、對教育部的建議 (一)進行跨部會生涯輔導資源網站資源整合。 (二)進行內部所屬單位之生涯輔導人力、經費與資源整合。 (三)落實高中職在校生之職業輔導資訊建置。 (四)開發適合國內高中職學生需求之職業資訊視聽媒體。 二、對大學及技專院校的建議 學系、課程、未來就業進路等資訊介紹,宜採淺顯之文字敘述,並接近高中職學生知識背景與經驗,以加深其了解。 三、對職業訓練局及青年輔導委員會的建議 (一)於所屬網站中,提供高中職學生所需之生涯輔導資訊。 (二)與教育部跨部會合作,共同建置高中職學生與教師、輔導人員、家長所需之生涯輔導資源網站。 四、對業界人力資源機構的建議 比照與大學及技專院校之合作模式,與高中職學校或教育部合作,建置高中職生涯輔導網或職涯輔導網之服務。 五、對後續研究之建議 (一)參考本研究所提架構,建置實體生涯輔導資源網站。 (二)建置此生涯輔導資源網站時,可增加學生需求意見之調查。

This study aims to compare current status of career guidance resource website construction in Taiwan and America. It is hoped that a senior high school student career guidance resource website construction framework can be proposed to serve as a reference for senior high school teachers and students career guidance in Taiwan. This study employed a number of methods, including literature analysis, expert advice, focus group interviews, and a qualitative approach. To the above purpose, the study was undertaken by determining research topic, drafting research project, gathering and compiling literature, comparing and analyzing current status of senior high school student career guidance resource website construction in Taiwan and America. Based on results, a Taiwan senior high school student career guidance resource website structure was developed, and focus group data was compiled and analyzed. And a Taiwan senior high school student career guidance resource Website construction framework was proposed, and the following conclusions were obtained. 1. In respect of the function of life career guidance resource website function and opportunity of user’s autonomous learning could be increased. 2. Meanwhile, latest education and occupation information could be provided to satisfy students, parents, teachers, and guidance personnel. 3.As for the needs of senior high school student career guidance, a self-exploring function could be increased. In order to help students understand themselves, a connecting bridge was offered to individuals from school learning to job employment. 4. In respect of users of the career guidance resource website, senior/vocational high school students were the most important clients. By user identity, needed information was screened out first to increase search efficiency and mitigate burden of website reading and information search. 5.In respect of link problems and solution of career guidance and empowerment website, an empowered website can consolidate career guidance website learning information and occupation information, while information during search could be supplemented by providing education and occupation relevant information, statistics and industry analysis data. 6. In respect of problems of and solutions to convenient use of network aided design, video and audio files, short film introductions, etc. could be utilized to help students venture deep into occupation content and information. Moreover, Website design could add a user interaction function to user’s interest and willingness. Future society will definitely become more sophisticated and change more drastically. Faced with such a society, individual’s values and self-positioning will be more difficult to define. As a result, it will also be harder for senior high school students to choose career. In addition, this study also provides the suggestions for: 1. Ministry of education: (1) Conformity of career guidance resource website by cross-ministry cooperation. (2) Internal parts conformity of career guidance manpower and funds resource. (3) Make sure information established for senior high school career guidance. (4) Building suitable video and audio media for students in senior high school. 2. University and college of technology: Using simple writing to introduce courses, departments and future employment in the way senior high school students can understand. 3. Career training bureau and the Youth counsels committee: (1) Provides information of career guidance in website for students of senior high school. (2) Cooperation with Ministry of Education for students, parents and teachers of senior high school provides information of career guidance in website. 4. Organization of Industrial circles and human resources: Provides information services of career guidance website for students of senior high school as for university and college of technology. 5. Suggestions for future study: (1) Build a entity career guidance website based on the framework of this study. (2) Refer to Opinion survey of senior high school students when building it.
