台北市高職綜合職能科服務類職業課程實施現況之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討台北市高職綜合職能科服務類職業課程實施現況,本研究有四大構面,分別為:(一)教師教學專業(二)行政支持(三)學生學習態度(四)職場接納。   本研究主要採用問卷調查法,實施對象為99學年度九所台北市高職綜合職能科教師,進行問卷調查,共發出115份問卷,扣除無效問卷6份,有效受訪者為109人,有效問卷回收率為94.78%。 本研究結果如下: 1.於教師對服務類職業課程認同度:傾向於「認同」。 2.於教師教學專業構面:以性別、年齡、現任行政職務、教學年資、是否持有特教教師證書、是否持有職業技術證照等,皆無明顯差異。 3.於行政支持構面:以性別、年齡、現任行政職務、教學年資、是否持有特教教師證書、是否持有職業技術證照等,皆無明顯差異。 4.於學生學習態度構面:以性別、年齡、現任行政職務、教學年資、是否持有特教教師證書、是否持有職業技術證照等,皆無明顯差異。 5.於職場接納構面:是否持有特教教師證書變項上有明顯差異。 關鍵字:高職綜合職能科、服務類職業課程

The purpose of this research is to discuss the status of the Vocational curriculum of special education in Taipei municipal vocational senior high schools .The research is composed in four parts: (1) teachers’ teaching professionalism; (2) the Vocational school’s administrative support; (3) students’ learning attitude; (4) general acceptance to the workplace. This research is mainly conducted through the questionnaire method. The survey objects were the teachers of the Vocational curriculum in 9 vocational senior high schools in Taipei. 115 questionnaires were distributed and collected; 6 of these were invalid. This concludes 109 valid samples with an effective return rate of 94.78%. The study on the Vocational curriculum of special education in Taipei municipal vocational senior high schools concludes the following: 1.The teachers’ sense of need to implement: Most respondents agree to the implementation of Vocational curriculum. 2.The teachers’teaching professionalism: There’re no significant differences among the teachers’ gender, age, current administrative position, years of teaching in the related field, certification in special education, or is technical skills licensed. 3.The administrative support: There’re no significant differences among the teachers’gender, age, current administrative position, years of teaching in the related field, certification in special education, or is technical skills licensed. 4.Students’ learning attitude: There’re no significant diffeteachers’gender, age, current administrative position, years of teaching in the related field, certification in special education, or is technical skills licensed. 5.General acceptance to the workplace: There is a significant difference on the teachers’accreditation in the. the Vocational curriculum.
