原創中文音樂劇《DAYLIGHT》舞台設計作品創作報告

摘要

舞台設計是一種媒介，一種向觀眾傳遞某種涵義，舞台設計者必須在本質上明確的體現文本的精神世界，舞台設計既不是赤裸的表演空間，也不是寫實的真實場景，而是一個充滿象徵符號的表現空間，而舞台設計者則是這空間架構的推手。
《DAYLIGHT》中文音樂劇描寫一群剛畢業的戲劇系學生，對於同性、異性以及師生間感情的摸索，在情感中，執著是一個重要的元素，但也因為執著，卻陷入莫名的困境裡。本報告並將文本所要表達的情感轉化成舞台創作理念，透過每個時代的舞台藝術風格，加以闡述其舞台設計理念及創作過程。

Stage design is a kind of media to express something to audience, and its designer must embody the spirit of the script clearly. Stage design is neither a nude space nor a real site, but a performing space full of symbolical signs. And its designer is the creator of the framework.
《DAYLIGHT》, a musical play in Chinese, was talking about that some graduated students, majored in drama, tried to find out their relationships among their friends of both sexes, and teacher-and-student. Persistence was an important factor in a relationship, but because of it, one fell into an inexplicable plight. This study was tried to transform the spirit of the script into stage design, and to expound its idea and creation process through different stage styles for each era.
