不同性別青少年對卡通圖像之審美與偏好差異

摘要

從卡通圖像廣泛運用於商業活動中，顯示卡通不再只是兒童的專利，也不僅僅是青少年間所流行的次文化，而是橫跨世代間的創意文化產物。性別間因為生理構造不同，後天文化環境教育的影響，往往造成審美與偏好上的差異。何種卡通圖像特徵能跨越性別藩籬？不同性別青少年對於卡通圖像的主題、形式之審美與偏好差異為何？性別、形式或主題之間是否對審美與偏好有交互作用存在？是研究者欲研究探討的目的。本研究設計之刺激物為卡通圖像，按卡通形式分類為：平塗、粗框線、色塊立體、3D立體、複合風格5形式；再依卡通主題為分類為：嘲諷荒謬、愛情倫理、科幻打鬥、俠義偵探、特異功能、運動競技、神話傳說7主題。以封閉問卷做為實驗工具，參與者為台北市西區某私立高職之200名高中生，年齡為15-17歲之間，男女比例各半。本研究藉由實驗施測與ANVOA分析。研究結果顯示：1.「卡通主題」的審美與偏好由生理直觀決定；2.「卡通形式」的審美偏好受文化視覺環境影響；3.「卡通主題-形式」為生理直觀與文化視覺環境相互作用影響；4.青少年最欣賞「科幻打鬥」主題的美感，最喜歡「神話傳說」主題；5.青少年認為「色塊立體」形式最具美感同時也最喜歡；6.女性整體審美程度與偏好評價均高於男性；7.男性較女性能欣賞而偏好「色塊立體」形式，寫實具深度的畫面；8.女性較男性能欣賞而偏好「粗框線」形式，可愛平面化的畫面；9.男性的審美與偏好相關性較為緊密，女性審與偏好程現分離現象。

Widely used in commercial activities, cartoons are no longer just the patent for the children. They are not just subculture among the teenagers, but creative cultural products across the generations. Different genders often cause the differences in aesthetic and preference because of their physical structures and the affection of the acquired environmental cultural education. What kinds of the cartoon characters could cross these gender barriers? What are the differences of the teenagers to cartoon subjects and forms from the aesthetic and the preferences? Is there any interaction among the genders, forms, and subjects? Categorize cartoon forms as follows: smear, thick line, stereograph, 3D , and composite style; Also, classify cartoon themes as absurdity, soaper, sci-fi , detective, special abilities, athletic, and myths. 200 participants, from 15 to 17, with the ratio of males to females is one to one, are senior high school students from Taipei. The results showed that: 1. The aesthetic and the preferences of the cartoon subjects are decided by the gender. 2. The aesthetic and the preferences of the cartoon forms are affected by the cultural visual environments; 3. “Cartoon subjects - the form” is the result of the interaction of the genders and the cultural visual environments; 4. Teenagers appreciate the beauty of the "sci-fi” and the theme of the “myths” most; 5. The " stereograph” is teenagers’ favorite; 6. Generally speaking, females show higher aesthetic and more preferences than males do; 7. Males prefer to the " stereograph”; 8. Females prefer to the “ thick line”. 9. The affection of the aesthetic and the preferences are more close to males than to females.
