國軍深造教育學員的學習成效、領導統御及其相關因素之研究-以國防大學陸軍指揮參謀學院為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討接受國軍深造教育的學員,於接受完整的指參教育後,其所學與爾後派職之領導統御行為間的關係。 其中區分背景變項(包含性別、民間學歷、官科屬性、軍校畢業體系與擔任領導職時間)、自變項則敘述學員於接受指參教育之學習成效(包含體能訓練、學業考評、品格涵養與德行評鑑)與爾後派職在領導統御(包含決策能力、單位向心與工作效率)實務上之表現。研究者期藉本研究找出其中之關係,據以提升學院之課程設計與安排,以符學員畢業派職所需,進而提升整體戰力。 資料分析方法包含多變項變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸分析與典型相關分析,研究發現如下: 一、不同性別的學員在學習成效上有差異。 二、不同民間學歷、官科屬性、軍校畢業體系及擔任領導職時間長短不同之學員在學習成效上沒有差異。 三、不同性別、民間學歷、官科屬性、軍校畢業體系及擔任領導職時間長短不同之學員在領導統御上沒有差異。 四、學習成效中的品格涵養、學業考評及體能訓練等三個變項可以聯合預測領導統御70.4%的總變異量,其中以「品格涵養」的預測力較大,達49.5%;「學業考評」的預測力次之,達14.8%。 「體能訓練」的預測力再次之,達6.1%。 五、研究者依據本研究的結果,提出相關建議,分別提供從事軍事教育單位、人事部門或未來從事相關研究者參考。

The purpose of this research is to understand the students who have received the military further education. After graduation from Army Command and Staff College (ACSC), the students should perceive the relation between leadership and assignment in the future. It distinguishes several sections that include background variables(gender, civilian education, branch characteristic, system of military academy graduation and period of leading role ), an independent variable which describe the learning effect of receiving Army Command and Staff Education(physical training, evaluation studies, character conservation and moral evaluation) and the performance of leadership for future assignment (decision ability, unit centripetal force and working efficiency).The researcher wish can find the relation between each variables, in order to promote the curriculum design and arrangement for students who have studied in college and improve the overall combat capability. The data analysis consist of multivariate analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, gradually regression analysis and typical correlation analysis. The research development include: 1. Students, different gender, have distinct study efficiency. 2. Students, different education, branch characteristic, the system of military academy graduation and period of leading role, have no distinct study efficiency. 3. Students, different gender, education, branch characteristic, the system of military academy graduation and period of leading role, has no distinct on the leadership. 4. The learning effect which includes character of conservation, evaluation studies, and physical training etc. All of these can predict the total variance of leadership 70.4% and character of conservation will reach 49.5%. An evaluation study is 14.8% and physical training is 6.1%. 5. According to the results of this study, we will propose our recommendation. Each recommendation will give military education unit, personnel department, or researcher that will undertake this job in the future.
