This study investigated the relationship of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intent to quit of teachers from elementary and middle schools. Questionnaires were used to collect data for hypothesis testing. The teachers in elementary and middle schools were used as the target of sampling. Convenience sampling was used in data collection. The major results indicate that, first, the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is positive for all teachers. Second, the negative effect of internal job satisfaction on intent to quit and of organizational commitment on intent to quit was supported. For the purpose of enhancing organizational performance, we suggest manager can increase internal job satisfaction and organizational commitment to motivate their teachers.
