本研究旨在探討高職工業類科學校組織文化與學校效能之現況與相關情形,並分析不同背景高職工業類科教師所知覺之學校組織文化與學校效能差異情形。為達研究目的,首先經由文獻探討所得之理論架構發展調查問卷,針對40所高職工業類科學校,800位工業類科教師進行抽樣調查,受調查之有效樣本共計668位教師,有效問卷回收率為83.5%,並輔以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等方法進行資料處理與分析,所獲致結論如下。 一、高職工業類科教師對學校組織文化呈現正向看法。 二、高職工業類科教師能認同學校的效能表現。 三、部份不同個人背景變項、學校環境變項之高職工業類科教師,其所知覺的學校組織文化有顯著差異。 四、部份不同個人背景變項、學校環境變項之高職工業類科教師,其所知覺的學校效能有顯著差異。 五、高職工業類科教師所知覺的學校組織文化與學校效能具有相關性 本研究另針對教育主管機關、學校單位提出九點建議,供相關人士參考,並針對研究對象、變項、方法及工具等方面歸納出四點建議,以供後續研究參考。
This study aimed at probing the current situation of school organizational culture and school effectiveness in vocational industrial high schools and the relationship between them. It also attempted to analyze the difference in teachers’ perception of school organizational culture and school effectiveness in terms of different backgrounds. In order to achieve these goals, a questionnaire was devised on the basis of the theoretical framework from documentary materials and literature review. Then the questionnaire was distributed to 800 teachers of content subjects in 40 vocational industrial schools, and 668 of them were collected, with a valid rate of 83.5%. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and canonical correlation were applied. The conclusions drawn from statistic findings are listed as follows. 1. Teachers of content subjects in vocational industrial schools held positive views on school organizational culture. 2. Teachers of content subjects in vocational industrial schools appreciated their school effectiveness. 3. There was significant difference in the perception of school organizational culture in terms of teachers’ different personal backgrounds and school environments. 4. There was significant difference in the perception of school effectiveness in terms of teachers’different personal backgrounds and school environments. 5. There was correlation between teachers’ perception of school organizational culture and school effectiveness. Based on the findings, nine suggestions were provided for the authorities concerned and for schools. Finally, for those researchers who would be interested in this field, four recommendations in subjects, variables, methods and instruments were proposed for reference.
