影像於現代視覺傳達設計創作研究-以影像合成表現虛擬角色造型為例

摘要


現代視覺傳達設計是科技、人文、藝術的整合。電腦科技為現代設計工作帶來了便利與效率,並創作出有別於傳統的數位影像作品,展現出新的風貌,也帶來了有別於傳統影像的視覺經驗。使得影像在現代平面設計創作中,應用得相當頻繁多元。適當的應用影像,利用圖與文的編排來傳達某一創意,完整地傳達創作者的設計概念。 因此從現今數位影像的發展近程,進一步探討數位影像在視覺傳達設計上新的表現方式,思考影像合成下一步的發展,為本研究創作重要的表現課題。 從現代視覺傳達(Visual Communication) 可說是以圖像的「複製」技術為探討的切入點,而加以延伸發展。攝影技術的發展,「影像訊息」得以逼真寫實的呈現;而近年電腦軟硬體的快速成熟,更讓影像多元化發展,深深地影響著現代人的生活。在現今資訊氾濫的時代,影像比文字能達到更快的傳達效益且更為傳神並具有說明性及即物之準確性。而影像訊息可讓接收訊息者利用圖象的傳達和現代多元的社會相對應,並獲得即時又有深刻體驗的感受。 本論文透過數位影像製作,以拆解圖像元素後再以影像重疊等合成處理;創造、拼湊構成,反映遠、近及東、西方文明的深遠傳承及寓意,藉由今日數位科技搜羅其無實體的數位影像,轉換成為二次元的平面繪畫,將古今世界具像虛擬角色透過電腦數位影像合成的創作模式,來建構多元文化圖象,並觀察「虛擬角色」的東西方數位圖像意境的不同。 將虛擬角色寓言帶入後現代的生活實鏡,並藉創作模式傳遞當下的科技與生活頻繁互動,進而影響觀者對世界視角的知覺感觀,並獲得啟發。

Contemporary visual communication design is the combination of technology、culture and art. Computer technology brings convenience and efficiency to design works which are distinguished from traditional digital-made ones and demonstrates new look. This new experiences enables the image to be applied more frequently and diversity in modern print design. It takes advantage of the layout of the visual and copies to communicate certain idea, completely delivering the design concept of the creator. Consequently, from the development process of contemporary digital image, we further explore the new demonstration way of digital images on communication design and ponder over the next possible development of image combination as our vital creation issue in this research. Contemporary visual communication is said to be the cutting point of exploring the image duplication technology and being further extended and developed. With the development of photography technology, image message can be demonstrated vividly. In addition, the quick and mature development of computer diversifies the visual and deeply affects people’s life. In the era of information-inundation, image, compared with words, can do the communication quicker and more lifelike but precise explanation. The image message enables the receiver to echo with the diversified society by means of the visual communication and also obtains prompt and profound feeling. This dissertation will be produced by digital image, dealt with discomposed visual elements; following by the image overlapping and combination .Creation and piece together treatments reflect profound meaning and heritage value of the West and Eastern culture. It turns the flat print into two dimension ones by means of modern digital technology exploring no existence digital image and constructs multi-culture icons by visual roles of old and modern world created through computer digital image combination. It also observes the difference of digital image scenario of “the visual role” in the West and the East. Bring the visual role into the reality life of post-modern and interact frequently with present technology and life by means of creation model, further influencing the viewers’ sense of consciousness toward the world and obtain the inspiration.
