阿美族中學生婚姻態度及擇偶條件之研究

摘 要
本研究旨在於探討阿美族中學生之婚姻態度與擇偶條件，研究方法兼採訪談法及問卷調查法，以進行資料之蒐集。訪談階段之研究對象為六位阿美族中學生，而問卷調查階段之對象則為十所原住民重點學校之阿美族中學生，共計有效問卷570份。問卷資料經整理及統計分析後，主要發現如下：
一、 大多數阿美族中學生認為人不一定要結婚，然而一旦結了婚也應該要長長久久的。雖然婚姻生活會帶來各種負擔與束縛，但卻也是美好的。此外，其對單身生活亦有截然不同的看法。
二、 在擇偶條件方面，受到阿美族中學生所重視之前五項工具性條件分別為身體健康、職業、教育程度、經濟能力及外表長相；而受到重視之前五項情感性條件則分別為孝順、有責任感、勤勞、個性相投及品格端正。婚齡差距則以差距在四歲以內者居多，適婚年齡則為二十四歲至二十六歲以及二十七歲至二十九歲之間。
三、 阿美族中學生之婚姻態度因性別、父母婚姻狀況及父母婚姻和諧度的不同而有所差異。
四、 阿美族中學生之擇偶條件因性別、排行、宗教信仰、與異性交往經驗、家庭社經地位、父母婚姻和諧度及家庭氣氛的不同而有所差異。
根據上述研究結果提出建議，俾為原住民教育等後續研究之參考。

Abstract
This study examines the marital attitudes and mating preferences of Amis senior high school students. Both interview and questionnaire were used. The materials were drawn from 6 interviewees and the sample of 570 cases of 10 aboriginal-pointed schools in Taiwan. Major findings were as follows:
1.To most of Amis senior high school students, marriage was burdensome but pleasant. Though marriage was not necessary, should be lasting. In addition, viewpoints of singlehood were antithetic.
2.The top five instrumental mating preferences were health, occupation, education, earning capacity, and physical attractiveness; the top five expressive mating preferences were filial, responsible, diligent, personality and character. Interval of marriage age was in 4 years and marriageability was 24-26 and 27-29.
3.Marital attitudes of Amis senior high school students were distinct by the variables subsequently: gender, parental marriage and parental harmony.
4.The mating preferences of Amis senior high school students were differentiated by the variables hereinafter: gender, birth order, religion, love experience, family socioeconomic class, parental harmony and family atmosphere.
Implications for future research of aboriginal education were suggested.
