台北市長青學苑藝術學習需求與現況之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究現階段長青學苑藝術學習需求與現況。針對研究問題,蒐集相關文獻資料,探討老人教育的意義與藝術學習的重要性與功能;其次經由老人藝術需求問卷調查,瞭解老人對藝術各項課程之學習需求;最後針對長青學苑之行政人員、以及藝術課程教師進行訪談調查,藉以深入瞭解現階段老人藝術課程之規劃及辦理情形,並歸納研究發現,提出結論與建議,作為規劃藝術課程及未來推展老人教育之參考。本研究目的有四:一、從文獻資料探究藝術教育對老人的重要性;二、調查台北市長青學苑辦理老人藝術教育之現況及相關問題,並整理及歸納教師與行政人員之意見,作為本研究之基礎資料之參考;三、探討老人參與藝術學習之意願、需求及影響因素,作為老人藝術學習教學規劃之參考;四、根據上述研究結果,提出乙套適合老人藝術之課程規劃,以及推展老人藝術教育之可行性模式建議,作為實施及改進老人藝術教育之重要參考。本研究經由相關文獻之探討、問卷調查、訪談調查等資料分析研究結果,獲致以下結論:一、經由調查結果顯示,老人參與藝術學習之意願以「興趣素養」因素影響最大其主要參與學習之目的在於提昇生活品質。二、根據老人藝術學習需求程度,在長青學苑藝術課程之規劃上,應增辦「古典音樂鑑賞」、「傳統音樂欣賞」、「演唱藝術歌曲」、「歌仔戲」、「京劇」、「土風舞」、「木雕」、「陶藝」、「捏麵人」、「裱褙」等課程,並增加「演唱流行歌曲」、「樂器演奏」、「合唱」、「書法」、「山水畫」、「插花」等課程之開班數目,以滿足學生之學習需求。三、在師資方面,教師必須具備專業素養,並且對於老人學習心理與學習特性,有相當程度之瞭解,以確保老人之受教品質。在教學方面,宜採多樣化之教學型態,使教學生動化,活潑化,並運用相關教學媒體輔助教學,以有效落實藝術教育目標。四、在行政措施改進與配合方面,應加強辦理各項藝術活動以提昇老人藝術知能;課程宜採聯合開課制度;長青學苑應作整體藝術環境規劃;更重要的是社團應納入教育體系中,以確保師資及教學品質並結合社區地方資源,提昇整體藝術學習風氣等。 The objective of the research is to probe into the current status and to collect the requirement of art education of elderly colleges. For research on the objective, I collect scientific literatures relative to art education for elders, and discuss the meaning of elder education and the importance of art learning; Secondly, I surveyed the elders’ art learning requirement courses according to questionnaire. Finally, I interviewed with administrative personnels and teachers and hoped to realize how present art education was conducted. According to the discovery, the conclusion and suggestion was inferred to draw up the roadmap of elders’ art education. Hopefully, the roadmap could be a reference of elderly colleges. There are four objects for the research: 1. To review the significance of art education for elders by scientific literatures. 2. To survey elderly colleges in Taipei to current elders’ art education and related problems. 3. To be a reference of elders’ art education based on requirement and influent reasons for attending elder’s art courses. 4. According to the result of the research, to propose an educational plan for elders and to suggest the feasibility model of elders’ art education for carrying out and improving elders’ art education. The following conclusions are made based on the analysis of a collection of literatures, questionnaires and interviews. 1. The most significant reason why the elders attended art education was interested by the courses. The objective of attending art education is to promote the quality of life. 2. Based on the requirement analysis of art education for elders, it is suggested to hold courses such as 「Classical Music Appreciation」、「Traditional Music Appreciation」、「Art Song Performing」、「Taiwan Opera」、「China Opera」、「Folk Dances」、「Woodcarving」、「Pottery」、「Mold Flour Figurines」、「Mount」 and to increase more courses like 「Pop Song Performing」、「Instruments Performing」、「Chorus」、「Calligraphy」、「Landscape Painting」、「Flower Arrangement」. 3. The teachers should be professionally qualified. Besides, for quality of courses, it is also necessary to be familiar with the psychology and characteristic of elders. While teaching, it’s the better to make courses varied and vivid. To fulfill the objective of art education, teaching aids should be adopted. 4. It is recommended to hold art activity for promoting art education. The elderly colleges should cooperate to hold courses and implement art environment. Furthermore, art education associations should be merged into normal education system to help the qualification of teachers and quality of courses. Art education associations should combine communities’ resources to promote art learning.
