綜合高中學生對學校輔導內涵之滿意度調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解綜合高中學生對學校輔導內涵之滿意度傾向,並探討不同背景因素之學生對學校輔導內涵滿意度的差異情形。歸納研究結果,提出建議,供教育行政主管機關、辦理綜合高中的學校及後續研究者參考。 本研究採文獻探討、學校輔導實施現況、專家座談及問卷調查等方式。研究對象係以分層隨機取樣方式,以九十學年度辦理綜合高中七十九所學校之高二、高三學生為母群體。抽取四十一所學校學生計2155人,以自編之「綜合高中學生對學校輔導內涵之滿意度」調查問卷為研究工具,所得資料採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析後,獲致主要結論如下: 一、綜合高中學生對「學校輔導內涵整體滿意度」傾向於「滿意」。 二、綜合高中學生對「升學輔導」層面的滿意度最高;而對「學習輔導」層面的滿意度最低,有待學校加強。 三、綜合高中學生認為學校非常重視輔導學生參加職業證照檢定考試,且成效良好。但對學校空白課程內容之安排,感到不滿意。 四、不同背景因素(諸如:性別、學校屬性)的綜合高中學生對「學校輔導內涵之滿意度」並無顯著差異。 五、不同背景因素(諸如:年級、學校類型、就讀學程原因、就讀學程、學業成就、參加性向興趣測驗)的綜合高中學生對「學校輔導內涵之滿意度」有所差異。

The objective of this study was to gain through understanding of the tendency of comprehensive high school students’ satisfaction on the contents of schooling guidance and to discuss the different levels of satisfaction of students from different backgrounds. Also, this study will draw conclusions based on the results of the research and offer suggestions to the educational administrative offices, schools, and future researchers conducting follow-up studies as references. The approach of analyzing documents, observing the current situation of schooling guidance, holding professional conferences, conducting surveys, and other methods will be taken in this study. The target group of this study is determined by stratified purposive sampling with the juniors and seniors of 79 Comprehensive High Schools. Sampling of 2155 students from 41schools with the self-arranged questionnaire of “The Satisfaction of Comprehensive Students on Schooling Guidance” as a research tool is performed. After the acquired information is analyzed by calculating the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test of independence and ANOVA.The final conclusions are the following: 1. The general level of satisfaction of Comprehensive High School students on the schooling guidance services lean towards “satisfactory.” 2. Comprehensive High School students are most satisfied with the “Higher Education Guidance” and least satisfied with the “Learning Guidance,” which require further improvements from the schools. 3. Comprehensive High School students think that the schools value the students’ attendance of professional license certifying exams and is receiving great results. However, the students are generally not satisfied with the way the schools arrange the activities in the free sessions. 4. Different backgrounds of students that include grade levels, types of schools, reasons of choosing the class, educational achievements, and taking the aptitude and interest tests do affect “the satisfaction of students on the schooling guidance. 5.
