影響組織知識創造之內外部因素分析研究—以個案公司為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討影響組織知識創造之內外部因素,並透過質化研究方法進行;在研究設計上,採單一個案設計,透過深度訪談的方式進行資料蒐集,研究過程中共訪談了個案公司六位員工,並於訪談後將訪談內容轉錄為逐字稿,進行資料的處理與分析,最後得到以下的結論: 一、影響組織知識創造之內部因素 (一)組織文化;(二)領導風格;(三)人力發展;(四)員工態度;(五)同仁交流;(六)組織知識創造活動;(七)知識管理;(八)創新管理。 二、影響組織知識創造之外部因素 (一)政府政策;(二)教育提升;(三)產研合作;(四)市場價值;(五)資金支援;(六)知識環境;(七)技術發展;(八)生活環境。 根據本研究的結果,可以讓企業瞭解個案公司在推動組織知識創造時所面對的內外部影響因素;而後續研究者亦可針對本主題,再探討其他屬性的公司,或對相同企業內不同部門的組織知識創造影響相關因素作探討,並可在研究方法上,採質量並行的研究方式進行整合性的探討。

The purposes of this study were to explore the internal and external influential factors of organizational knowledge creations. The research adopted the single–case study method of the qualitative research to analyze the factors. The data were collected from the in-depth interviews. During the research, the researcher totally interviewed six employees in the case company. After the interviews, the content was transcribed from the tapes to the word processor files with analysis. In conclusion, the factors to influence organizational knowledge creations were as follows: 1.Internal organizational factors: (1) Organizational culture; (2) Leadership; (3) Human development; (4) Employee attitude; (5) Colleagues’ interaction; (6) Organizational knowledge creation activities; (7) Knowledge management; (8) Innovation management. 2.External organizational factors: (1) Government policies; (2) Education upgrade; (3) Industry-R&D corporation; (4) Market value; (5) Financial support; (6) Knowledge environment; (7) Technology development; (8) Living environment. By the results, enterprises could understand those internal and external factors when the case company executed organizational knowledge creation. The followers may be able to explore other organizations or other departments of their knowledge creation in qualitative and quantitative methods.
