本研究主要在探討著釘鞋與不著釘鞋百公尺跑成績表現上的影響,藉由運動學的參數進行分析比較。受試者為體育學系的學生,進行一百公尺跑的測驗,以數位攝影機在30公尺處及50公尺處進行矢狀面拍攝,取得相關之運動學參數資料,探討著釘鞋與否對百公尺跑成績表現的關係。其研究結果指出: (一)著釘鞋與不著釘鞋的百公尺跑成績,具有高度的相關 (r=.935)。 (二)利用不著釘鞋的百公尺成績預測其著釘鞋時的成績表現,得到 一迴歸方程式:S(著釘鞋成績,單位:秒)=-0.225+0.986R (不著釘鞋成績,單位:秒)。 (三)著釘鞋比不著釘鞋在百公尺途中跑有較快的速度,主要是著釘 鞋時步幅較大、步頻較快。 (四)步幅增大主要是釘鞋有較佳的抓地力向後推蹬的反作用力較 大,使得推蹬離地時,膝、踝關節能作較完全的蹬伸。 (五)步頻變快則是受到著地支撐與騰空時間的縮短,產生較快的速 度。
The main purpose of this study was to find out and discuss the effect of the 100 meter sprint performance with spikes or without spikes by comparing relative kinematical parameter analysis. The participants were students of the department of physical education who accepted the test of 100 meter sprint performance. At the distance of 30M and 50M collected their 2D running data by the DV camera was used to get the related parameter of kinematics, and to discuss the correlation of the 100 meter sprint performance between racing spikes and running shoes. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There was highly close relation between wearing running shoes and racing spikes in the performances of 100 meter sprint. 2. In the process of forecasting the achievement of the running of 100m sprint on racing spikes by the achievement of without spikes. The regression was: S (sec.)=-0.225+0.986R(sec.) 3. The participants who wore racing spikes can ran faster in the achievement of the midway running of 100m sprint because of the wider stride length and the faster stride frequency. 4. The reason why the stride length will increase is that the spikes have better grabbing force, which can increase the backward put-off reacting force and make the knee and the ankle of the joint of the landing leg fully extended when pushed off the ground. 5. The reason why the stride frequency becomes faster was that the duration from the landing phase to the take-off phase was shortened, and thus the runner can run at a higher speed.
